Loved everything about it. Staff 10/10 Ahmet and the other guy sorry I forget his name were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help us Mae feel as cozy and it could ever be. They lit the bbq and bring it ready at your door step. The place was nothing short of amazing with beautiful garden and decent size pool in which the kids had a blast. The drive to the place is nice and the streets are fine. The breakfast was extremely good. The ladies working in the restaurant were very nice. There is a small playground for the kids and the team and coffee are complementary. If you are in the area and looking for a bungalow, look no further! This is your spot and you’ll love it. I liked everything about this hotel. It really deserved every dollar paid. Before I come to the hotel, I wondered why it gets so high reviews, but now I know for sure.

The only negative we found is that there is not a restaurant to eat at midday or night at the hotel or close by, and we have to go out or make a delivery to have dinner with the limited options of the town. Still, it was a great experience. Perhaps because they have bungalows and people go there with cars to wander around. Our case, was just to relax at the hotel, enjoy the view and the snow at the hill. We loved it.

The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, friendly. The hotel was super clean, just steps from the cable car station. The breakfast was amazing ( included) and all day long coffee, tea and salty and sweet fresh snacks.

I booked this mainly for privacy but the Telefrik (Cable Cars) passed over the villa we were staying in. So anyone who was on this could see me and my family. We even got whistled at and people shouting towards us. Maybe this was the villa we were staying in but I believe all of the Villas are clearly viewable by the Cable Cars.

I liked that it was a self contained Villa onlooking a great view. The rooms were very much brand new. Small pool (not enough to swim in).

The AC does not cool the bedroom upstairs very well, so it would be cold downstairs in living room, but barely cool upstairs.

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I ran into car trouble with my rental, and the staff helped me way more than they’re supposed to in terms of calling for help, translating, and regularly checking if I needed more. The breakfast was fabulous and the servers were great and gave us what we needed.
