How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewMy stay at the resort was wonderful in every way. • The place is beautiful and very relaxing, with a calm atmosphere and excellent services. • The beach needs some improvement and more attention. • The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. • The food and buffet were very diverse, especially the Italian and Turkish dishes which were outstanding. • The restaurants at the resort were excellent. • The bars were unlimited and absolutely great. • The pools were clean and fantastic. • Overall, the service quality was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for the comfort provided. I definitely recommend this resort
The rooms are a bit old, but still acceptable, clean, and with excellent services.

Verified reviewGood all inclusive hotel. We went there 9 years ago when it was under TUI. ownership changed, but the facilities are the same. While some facilities started to show the age, overall the hotel is in good shape. Some extras from TUI time are now inclusive to the package. Staff is quite friendly and hardworking. Hotel brings external show groups to entertain in the evening or during the day. Overall we were happy with our stay.
When you call the hotel number you reach out to a call center which mainly aims to sell reservations for the Selectum group. However, it is impossible to talk to anyone in the reception through that line. So if you have any questions, only option is going through Booking.com message service.

Verified reviewI spent the most wonderful 8 days on vacation with my wife and baby in Bodrum at your hotel thanks to the two wonderful guys who work there who were so nice and kind to me and my family that I have to mention their names in my post, their names are Erhan and Lokman and I would like to mention the girl who works in the restaurant as a host and welcomes guests and who was wonderful to my 14-month-old daughter and her name is Pinar. Thank you very much, wonderful people and we will be happy to return to your hotel and recommend it to all our friends.

Verified reviewThe Puppies Kids Club was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive. Cennet, Zerrin and Emine were great with the kids. The mini shows were always energetic and enjoyable for the kids. Cabana huts were comfortable and accessible however cleanliness was still an issue. Good options for A La Carte Restaurants although lacking in vegetarian options. Overall all staff were very good dealing with queries, issues and any concerns. They were on hand 24/7. Thank you to Ekin, Ayşegül and Emrah for dealing with a lot of our queries and concerns. They made our stay a lot more comfortable. Nurse/doctor on site was also very helpful and resourceful. The evening entertainment shows were great. Was also fortunate to be entertained by a Turkish singer for one of nights and again the mini kids club was awesome as they offer a late night kids cinema from 9pm-11pm.
Hygiene and cleanliness was an ongoing issue whilst our stay. Room was not cleaned properly and needed a thorough clean. It was quite obvious that the cleaning is not thorough based on first hand experience of watching the cleaning team when our daughter fell sick and vomited around the room. Very basic cleaning happened and I ended up having to deep clean certain areas of furniture where I found samples of vomit and stains. The room was also outdated and furniture is in urgent need of care and love. From discussion, the hotel has undergone 40% renovation. There is much needed renovation overall. Another problem was that it was always difficult to find a chaise lounge near the pool but staff dealt with this on request. Ice cream would run out very often. It’s summer time and by noon, ice cream would have been run out or not many options for kids.

The fact that there is no elevator for senior people. We had a room at 3rd floor and you have to take the stairs. We were lucky to get 1 room in the ground floor but second room was far and on 3rd floor.

Verified reviewThe hotel was great. It had so many facilities for kids including our 11m old baby. The kids room allowed her to crawl around safely and somewhere to play out of the sun. They had high chairs, slash pool, swings/park areas, multiple restaurants. It was all very convenient and the guest relations team (Ekin and the team, and HK manager Mine) really went out of their way for us. I’d misplaced some baby items across the week and their team managed to locate them and get them back to me! It was such a relief. The views around the hotel were stunning! And the housekeeping staff were very attentive bringing us anything extra we needed like amenities, towels m, drinks etc.
When booking the hotel we chose a sea view and paid extra for it. We told the hotel we had a baby they were able to provide us a feee cot. However what they didn’t tell us upon booking was that the sea view rooms are upstairs and there is no lifts to the rooms. We had a pushchair as our baby is not walking (under 1) and this was a real inconvenience. If they had approached us on booking we would have opted for a different room. Thankfully once we got there and realised this so t work for us, we packed our things from the sea view room and moved to a ground floor garden room. We did loose out on the money we booked a sea view for though. I think they should make this clear on booking about lifts. I also felt like the food wasn’t always what we expected from a restaurant buffet. Perhaps being used to a lot more “around the world” food we expected more choice. But overall it was always fresh and well prepared.

Verified reviewI have no complaints about this place as it is exactly as described. Food was delicious and always so many options, every meal was an impossible mission to stay on my diet. They have salad bars, maaany cheese options, cold plates, hot plates and many fruits and desserts for all the 3 main meals. During the day you can get unlimited snacks, coffees and drinks. Our room was huge and well ventilated, also had AC and a mini bar. There're a big pool, a smaller one attached for kids and a separete one also for adults, we didn't use that much as we preferred the beach. Beach was perfect, very clean, multiple sunbeds and they also offer beach towels. For us our stay was perfect and we would highly come back there.
Gym is very outdated and has very basic and rusty equipment. Also quite small. It would be lovely if we could have the same ice cream bar from dinner time during daytime in the cafe.

Verified reviewLots of things for kids to do, a big swimming pool, activity center, jet skis and kayaks, a lawn, extensive breakfast and lunch (we dint end up having dinner at the hotel) and very reasonably priced.
The property itself is old, but that's ok. It's well maintained. Rooms could be better lit.

Verified reviewWe had two great rooms, one for my boys and one for us. Nice comfortable room with amazing beds and also balcony . The building is authentic and beautiful like Italian style where in the middle of bild is open garden . Just lovely
