The rooms are a bit old, but still acceptable, clean, and with excellent services.

My stay at the resort was wonderful in every way. • The place is beautiful and very relaxing, with a calm atmosphere and excellent services. • The beach needs some improvement and more attention. • The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. • The food and buffet were very diverse, especially the Italian and Turkish dishes which were outstanding. • The restaurants at the resort were excellent. • The bars were unlimited and absolutely great. • The pools were clean and fantastic. • Overall, the service quality was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for the comfort provided. When you call the hotel number you reach out to a call center which mainly aims to sell reservations for the Selectum group. However, it is impossible to talk to anyone in the reception through that line. So if you have any questions, only option is going through Booking.com message service.

Good all inclusive hotel. We went there 9 years ago when it was under TUI. ownership changed, but the facilities are the same. While some facilities started to show the age, overall the hotel is in good shape. Some extras from TUI time are now inclusive to the package. Staff is quite friendly and hardworking. Hotel brings external show groups to entertain in the evening or during the day. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Communication of the staff at the restaurant needs desperate improvement. However, once they do understand what you're trying to ask them , they were extremely helpful!

The credit card machine was not working, so we had to pay through a payment link, which didn't work as well, so we had to go out and withdraw money, hotel that big should not have only one machine or at least what we were told by the reception staff

This might be the best beach in the area. Also the pool is big and very nice - we had a lot of fun with the water slide. Everybody is very nice and accommodating. Especially Guliza from Booking.com quickly took care of every request we had.

Great Vacation mr. Mert very welcoming did everything to accommodate us. From transportation till end vacation 24/7. Thank you mr. Mert. Landscape its great. Location perfect. Beach sandy water crystal clean, Swimming pool clean, Entertainment could be better, downside only food options its not many choices to choose from. Definitely you always find something to eat but if you fancy excellent food this place doesn’t suit your needs. Spa perfect overall recommend the place for holiday

There were a few spaces that could have been repaired or updated, but it seemed that these things were being addressed.

The staff were the best part of the stay because they were friendly and positive. We arrived early and they upgraded our room as well. Mr. Mert was very kind and generous, helping us with a car into the city one day and access to the ala carte restaurant another night. We really enjoyed the positive environment and the energy each of the staff brought to their jobs.

The room amenities were super old, hair drier was something out of the 80’s and it was so slow that I could not use it all to dry my thick long hair.

Beautiful location with private beach. Great value for money if you choose the all inclusive option! We were never hungry and there’s a constant flow of food, drinks, snacks and ice cream. Staff are super friendly and so accommodating. We had a lovely stay and did not want to leave! Fun daily and nightly activities as well, there’s something for everyone.

The staff in the restaurant removed the plates very quickly in front of you 😄 sometimes i just put my plate and go to bring another thing and back to find them removed the plates and i didn't start to eat yet. Also the room telephone was not working and i informed them but they did not fix it.

Everything was perfect, i like the place so much and will recommend it to my friends, it is a resort very relaxing and you have everything inside so you do not like to go out 😄 Coffee and tea all the time was very nice for me. The staff was nice and helpful especially Mr. Merit was always there to make me happy and comfortable during my stay. The food is also nice and a lot of variety especially the breakfast. My balcony view was fascinating i did not want to leave it.

Staff is awesome group of young man and ladies who were more than friendly and welcoming.Special shout out goes to Concierge Mert , and Zeus bar team - Hamza , Yusuf, Hesam and others who made us feel so welcome. The sand on the beach wasnt very good, there were a lot of dogs going around the hotel freely which is not bery good if you are afraid of them as two of the big dogs started to fight at some point. The hotel is pretty far from the central areas but there is good public transport at least. As for the food - there were a lot of tasty options but most of them were repeated every day and if you dont come at the beginning of the breakfast/lunch or dinner most of the tasty or different options will be gone and not restocked. For example every day we went to breakfast at like 9:00 and there were no croissants, pancakes or danishes left. You should not be made to wake up at 7 just to have a variety of choices. Almost all of the staff in the restaurant were a bit rude - they asked a lot of people if they want something to drink but they never asked us , almost like they do it only for people they think would tip them. Also one time I asked for a knife and fork as I did not find any table to have them because none of them have been cleaned and no one came to give me, i had to search for 10 minutes to find . And the last thing in the restaurant that occured was when they were giving skewers I asked the man if mine could be a bit more burnt because some of them looked a bit raw and he answered "well those are my abilities" when I dont think I was rude or asked for something impossible. But I guess those are all small things. Overall it was okay

It was very clean and tidy, the maids came by every day to ask if there was something we needed to he changed, there was a complimentary 1 hour canoe ride when you check in which was great, the rooms and buildings are well maintained overall, there is a lot of places where you can have a drink (cafe, bar by the pool etc) , people on reception were very nice, there were a lot of entertainments like mini golf, darts and such which was fun. The entertainment staff were very polite. Overall okay quality for price.

Overall, rooms are outdated, but still comfortable enough. Not much more outdated than an average hilton. Appliances are very old though. Had an issue with an air conditioner which stopped working. Someone came and spent an hour fixing - after they left, the air conditioner only worked for 5 min. Had to call multiple times before someone came again, but only in the next evening. It took 2 hours to fix, during that time we were not able to use the room. After they left, TV stopped working but we didn’t even bother asking to fix it. If we didn’t have that experience, I would rate the hotel 8/10.

- beach: very clean - coffee place: being able to just walk 1 min from the beach and get a cup of proper coffee goes a long way - staff: more attentive and friendly than at similarly priced hotels - food: good quality, great variety of appetizers. Not enough variety of meat or fruits though
