I absolutely loved everything about this hotel, we were greeted by Bayram who was very kind and attentive. The staff were all so friendly, Oscar and Ismail were very warm and always happy to help. We got engaged and this this the hotel we came back to, I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

It is great a great location. This was my first time being in Turkiye, and I booked the room via online by trusting the reviews given before. To my surprise, everything that has being shared by the reviewers is honestly true👍. Yes! The breakfast spreads are marvellous. They baked their own bread.

It's quite remote. There is no on site restaurant aside from breakfast time. The outdoor patio area could do with some fans or ways to make the area more pleasurable (music, ash trays, etc)

Our room was really lovely. Very well decorated. The tub was comfortable and the over all vibe was great. We didn't see what the balloons would have looked like as our first morning they were cancelled and the second morning we were able to fly so I can't comment on the view from the hotel. The hotel has an amazing included breakfast. We really enjoyed it a lot. Above the hill are a few restaurants with live entertainment and excellent views of the valley but they do come with a price tag. The hotel is not in the center area so there isn't too much to do directly. We booked tours through booking dot com and they all arrived on time and we had a wonderful experience. The staff left an upside down fridge in our room and it was plugged in and basically (well, it did) exploded while we were in the room. Aside from being terrified no harm was done and the staff moved us and out belongings to another room.

Just there was no kettle in the room and every time we wanted to have coffee we have to go the kitchen. If there was kettle provided then that would be awesome.

The room, a honeymoon suite, was very spacious and with a view of departing hot air balloons in early morning. Especially the cave design was inspiring and giving you a feeling of being in the fairy chimneys. The "serpme" breakfast was excellent to start the day. Ismail and Ozcan were extremely helpful and kind to our group, very grateful for their service, and for the guidance we needed for our activities. They have successfully arranged all our tours and transport needs. Highly recommended.

Stunning property. The best we’ve stayed in Türkiye. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Türkiye too. Can’t beat it. Loved it so much. Great place to view balloons. Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to assist. Oscar and other man were amazing! Thank you 🙏🏻

Everything was amazing. I can give you only 10 point! But for Oscar I promised 11! He was amazing too. From the first step( after booking) till the last day we were absolutley satisfied with everything. Ismail the best manager with I ever met. We kept the contact in whatsup. He helped us to reserve all the programs what we would like to do in Cappadocia! Not just with the hotel things. Ballons, red/greentour,hamam massage,transfer from the airport! Everything he immediatly helped and answered to me. The hotel wiev was amazing too. From the room You can see the ballons every day. Thanks guys and see you soon! You are the best!

Probably could label the toiletries like which is shampoo and which is shower gel. There weren't any labels names on the bottles in the bathroom.

Everything were excellent, slight disappointment was that the hot air balloon flights were cancelled on the day we were supposed to view from our room. Else it will be even more perfect.

The location was perfect for us as we had our own transport, and it was far enough from the hub bub of the township to be beautifully peaceful! But we could still see the balloons overhead! Our day host - Ismail was just delightful, super engaging, and very helpful!! And the other staff were very obliging as well, with breakfast being an absolute treat, full of goodies! Lovely place, lovely stay, lovely people!!!! Thank you from two kiwis! 😁

The breakfast was huge and tasty. Your have access to tea, coffee, and flavored water 24/7. The staff are great. They helped me book tours, airport transfers, and recommendations to local restaurants.

The only negative thing is that the location is a taxi ride outside of main area to shops, restaurants, etc.. However, the distance is short and taxis are cheap enough so it's not a problem.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in Jacobs' cave suites. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was excellent with our own turkish bath area. Nice terrace with a seating area perfect for photos. Great view of balloons. Amazing spread for breakfast with great attention to detail.
