While the neighborhood is quiet, go get to the main restaurants, bars, transport links etc, you have to cross a 7 lane main road which is very busy and unpleasant. The bed was very small.

Lovely apartment with a great view from the balcony. It's very light and airy. Great place to stay in Istanbul. We loved having the washing machine and balcony with drying rack to wash our clothes. Cooking facilities are basic but good and place is very clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with shops, local bakery downstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

there is NO PARKING! in description was ‘includes parking’ but there is no parking there and you have to find park spot at tiny streets… All the streets were uphill. the location was not so good. if I knew that there are no parking, I wouldn’t book. there is no elevator.

It is uncomfortable to get your belongings if you park around the check in and then walk to the apartment, also it's a top floor apartment and the stairs are spiral The bed is not for tall people. 1,85m at max The bathroom had mold

The check in is 24/7,but you have to walk from the check in office. The flat is small but comfortable and the view from the balcony is nice. Location is great and you can park the car somewhere near the office.

What can I say... the stay was a nightmare. If you are looking for a place that can ruin your holiday, you are on the safe side with this one. My girlfriend and I stayed for 12 days in the flat. When you have guests coming in DECEMBER, you should make sure there is working heating and hot water. Before arriving, I specifically asked if there was heating and was assured that there was. As soon as we arrived, the nightmare began. The flat was freezing cold, the heating system was broken, there was no hot water, impossible to take a shower. We called reception and were assured that a technician would arrive shortly to fix it. Dozens of different technicians came every day, fixed the heating and after a few minutes it stopped working. We called reception again, more technicians came, fix it, and then it would break down again, and that was dozens of times. On our one holiday we carved out, we lost a lot of precious time waiting and fighting to get the heating. At night we would freeze and wake up sick. I asked, as minimal compensation for the enormous inconvenience, for breakfast to be included for the following week, but the owner denied it, offering it only for the same day (it was afternoon and we were out, so we couldn't even use it) After the 100th time the heating system broke I asked to change apartment, but they replied that the 400th technician would have arrived shortly and that, in case it doesn't work, they would change my apartment. The heating kept breaking, I asked to change apartment and again the same promises. However, it was a heating system that dated back to Byzantine Constantinople and they didn't allow us to change it probably because they weren't working in the other apartments either. Besides, as soon as we arrived we wanted to cook but the bottom of the pans was all black and encrusted; the bed was very uncomfortable. Also, before arriving I asked if they could provide a hard pillow. but the pillows were like dead worms.

The location is a bit dubious, because you have to go somewhere else to get the key! They say it's open 24/7 at the reception, but when I got there, there was no one there and I stayed in the middle of the night and waited a long time! The room was not what was in the booking.com description, they gave us a small room with a small bed! A small update: After they saw my message about the camera, they messaged me privately, saying that I am a racist and that "Karma" will take care of me! I didn't add this, because I wasn't necessarily interested, as I felt good anyway, but if they brought it up, I specified this to the person at check-in, and it was pretended that he didn't know English, and the invoice, I haven't received it even now! Also, they still teasing me with messages!

There is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Taking luggage up and down and walking up was a struggle. On our last day we asked if we could keep our stuff with them till the afternoon as we had a late flight, they agreed buy at 60 tl a piece regardless of the size which was not what we are used elsewhere.

The location is 10 minutes walk to the main street. Staff are responsive over whatsapp. There is a bakery, vegetable shop and convenient store near by.

The wifi debit is between 4 and 8 Mbps (I ran a test) and cutting, so you would not be able to remote work from there. There is no proper curtains so the room will be full of light and you won't sleep in the morning. There is 1 real pillow, 1 very light (almost destroyed) so you won't be able to sleep properly if you are 2 people, forget it if you want to welcome a 3rd person. The staff sends automatic messages on whatsapp but when there is an issue (no curtain or no proper pillow) it's silence. I would rather go to a proper room in a hotel than there next time.

The location is convenient, the reception staff is reactive, and the flat was big enough for 2 people with almost anything you might need.
