How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lovely place for a chilled break - close-ish to Bodrum if you fancy somewhere busier, but there's also a nice beach, restaurants etc just across the road. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly.

We visited in mid May. Some of the facilities listed on booking.com were not available as the property was just opening for the season. For example, no restaurant or bar service. Although large, our room was a bit tired.
Nice clean spacious room and pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Some restaurants nearby. Good beach across the street.

It's such a serene place. A true garden - very green territory with lots of fruit trees like oranges, mandarin, lemons, pomegranates, etc. Very clean room and all areas. We felt like it was only us in the hotel, though there were other guests. The apartment is equipped with all appliances - very convenient even for a short stay. Lovely served turkish breakfasts with fresh cheese, eggs, turkish tea&coffe etc. Public pebble beach just across the road - very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for people who are looking for a countryside style vacation vs. being isolated in fancy all-inclusive resorts)

My only complaint is that the beds aren't the most comfortable (personal preference) and the covers are a bit sparse.
A really well appointed and large room, especially for the price. Overall a bit dated but there is a lovely pool and it has a villa-resort sort of feel, which is nice. Very close to the beach and the staff are very warm and welcoming. One staff member, who was working there for the summer break from his University studies, was especially helpful and even stayed up late to check us in at about 1am after we landed late. Highly recommend if you're looking for a well situated place which is value for money. It's a good place for self catering family trips.

The bed was terrible. The hardest bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on . Fortunately the couch folded out & was much more comfortable
We came at the end of the season & can not understand why more people don’t. The weather was warm enough to swim, the lack of crowds meant hardly any people on the beach

Everything was great. The staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed in the garden floor room and it was very comfortable as if we were staying in our own summer house.

The noise from the close Latanya resort is a let down at first, but you get used to it overwhelmed by the comfort and peace of Ipek instead.
A hidden heaven of tranquility, relax and warmth of the fantastic staff.

The traffic from the road from the front of the hotel. Maybe in the future the location will make some kind of anti phonic walls or something.
Best breakfast!.. We rent a two bedrooms apartment. Clean, spacious end comfortable!.. The pool is exceptional and look smaller in the pictures. For us was great!

If anything road could be a little noisy but not overwhelming & large hotel opposite had music that at times was quite loud but was always turned down or finished by 11pm
The hotel was so clean with fab pool , brilliant staff so welcoming & helpful nothing was too much trouble. Lovely traditional Turkish breakfast that you could order daily if you wished & eat it in the garden by the pool , indoor option too.Lovely pool which was cleaned x 2 daily Beach literally over the road and some lovely hidden away places to eat also very handy for taxi or minibus into Bodrum & other locations.

The rooms were well maintained and very clean! Beds were very comfortable and room had everything we needed. Property was extremely well looked after, across the road from the beach and the breakfast was amazing!!
