The property was very good. The location was excellent, very close to the land of legends 10 minute walk. The kids really enjoyed the pool area There are adult slides, which I really enjoyed Evening entertainment was excellent Staff were helpful, and suzy from guest relations was so lovely and helpful she helped us with everything we needed. One guy from the reception evening team needs to cheer up and crack a smile for the guests when they ask him a question or have a query . Cleaners were so nice and friendly, and Me and the kids really enjoyed our stay there. I would really recommend it if you have kids Including the kids' club so much to keep them entertained.

There was a touristic office name jolly we went with them to city tour and their wasn’t an air conditioning in the bus and it was so bad and so hot we where with a children . The staff in the hotel not always welcoming and they a little bit sometimes rude The standard rooms are small there was 1 big bed and 1 single bed .. some of the rooms are noisy .

The food was so good the dinner was a lot of options and it’s so delicious, there was a lot of pools and the slides are good, they clean the pools every night but there was a bit not good smell in the big pool . We liked that it’s 8 min walking of land of legend . The kids club was so cool my baby so enjoyed love it , there was an entertaining team was so friendly . We enjoyed our stay

‏ I stayed at this resort for 12 days, so my review will be a bit detailed. At the beginning of my stay, I faced an issue with my reservation. However, Darya Yıldız, the Guest Manager, immediately stepped in as soon as she noticed I was unhappy at the reception—without even needing to be called. She quickly inquired about the issue and resolved it 100% within just a few minutes. She completely turned my frustration into total satisfaction. ‏Her professionalism is outstanding. It’s clear she deeply respects the resort’s reputation and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. She was the first person who made my stay here truly comfortable and enjoyable. ‏The resort itself is good—very close to Land of Legends and great for families with kids, offering a wide variety of activities and events. In general, the staff are friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. ‏I’d like to extend my special thanks to: ‏Nisa – A receptionist who is extremely friendly and always smiling. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend. She responds to any requests immediately, and even when I didn’t ask, she would step in and help the moment she noticed I needed something. Honestly, Nisa is one of the best front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. ‏Sudenaz Gultekih – the most lovely Guest Agent. She welcomes you and sends you off with a beautiful smile. She often checks in personally to ensure everything is okay and asks if anything is missing. Her elegant, thoughtful approach truly stands out. ‏Aysel – Our amazing housekeeper. She speaks our language, which was incredibly helpful. She was always present, offering quick and clean service with a warm welcome every time. We were with our daughter who is almost 2 and dinner didn't start until 7pm so I feel it would have been better to start a bit earlier and would also stop it being so busy the minute it opens with long queues when the hotel is full.

The cleanliness was great with regular cleaning throughout the day at the pool and throughout the hotel. The drinks and food were very nice, and plenty of places to go and get them from.

This is the second time i stay in Innvista , it was amazing and the value for money is amazing. We enjoyed each moment and kids friendly . The staff are amazing and Mehmet zeid helped us a lot and they upgraded our stay to family room. The kids club and the girls working there are incredible with kids . My kids loved it and we will come again for sure best family vacation

Excellent staff, very clean, spacious, lots of pool space & sun loungers. Varied, plentiful food in the main restaurant. Bar service good. Several organised activities, repeated every day. Next door to Land of Legends and a short bus or taxi ride to small shopping centres.

Great value for an all inclusive hotel! We went with a group of families for Bayram and they did a really nice job putting together a celebration for kids and adults alike. The food was fresh and tasty. The only problem we had was that the hotel was quite crowded and there was only one elevator for each block, so it was always a long wait. There also wasn’t quite enough common space inside, but I think in summer when weather is better that wouldn’t be a problem.

- My wifi switched off on the second day of our stay and there was nobody that could assist me to switch it back on as there was no IT technician on the property, so I had to use my mobile data throughout my stay. My husband's wifi worked perfectly though. - Unheated pools. - Invariable breakfast - No one watching the kids at the kids club. First time I have encountered this at a hotel, especially a family-oriented one. - Had a very bad experience with the tour/excursion operators working at the hotel and the Hotel takes no responsibility for them as they say they are independent. I do not recommend them. - Although the staff is very polite and try to be helpful, I have asked for extra hangers in my room several times from both the reception and the housemaids for several days but never got them delivered to my room despite many promises.

The hotel is nice, very close to Land of Legends. The pools were great but very cold in October, especially the children's waterpark. Unfortunately, we only used them for one day in our one week stay because I was afraid that the kids would get sick. The food was good, the breakfast was plentiful but very invariable, after a few days we got bored of it. I absolutely loved the separate kids eating area with the small tables, my kids really enjoyed eating there and playing with other children. The barbecue was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that the childrens' beds were in a separate room. The kids club and the shows were ok but I hated that the kids were not watched AT ALL at the kids club so technically we could not leave them there to go see the show for example because they were completely unattended even though there were several employees working there and we had to watch them ourselves. The staff was pleasant. The Spa was also very enjoyable.
