It was a short distance to Alacati. Easily accessible but not walkable.

The property was beautiful with easy access to the beach. Beach chairs were included and the food and drink accommodations on the beach was fantastic.

I think some of the rooms though still clean and tidy need some updating here and there.

Food was good, offering a huge choice of options. The spa was clean and easily accessible. The grill bar offered a very nice ambiance and the staff were very welcoming.

The fitness room was a bit too warm….and lots of screaming little kids, but it is family friendly resort so that is expected I guess….and tolerated by the staff with the utmost of grace.

The property was absolutely beautiful, it was really big with lots of places to sit out in the sun. The beach area was our favorite. The staff were very sweet, although they did not speak a lot of English, we would translate using google. :)

Lunch and dinner are very limited, being same options (not sure if it was due to low season), did not like it - and expensive, not worth.

In front of a private beach, room is big and comfortable, good view from the beach. Breakfast is very good, with great variety. SPA and pools (inside and outside) are really nice. The whole building and facilities are very well maintained. The building itself is super cool and modern. The whole property is very big.

After the check-out, my mom wanted to have one last tea before leaving but the staff at the door didn't let her. This is not a big thing, and normally they do let you have one last tea time.

My mom stayed here as her birthday gift and she loved it. She loved the room, the staff bringing her a little cake for her birthday, celebrating it while check in, the beautiful sea, warm pools etc. We love this place for years now, never disappoints.

Hotel is perfect. The only problem we had is when we got out the hotel to walk around and there’s a few street dogs that growling at us and 1 almost attack us but luckily, it’s owner manage to tame it.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are amazing especially the thermal pool and inddor pool. Food is good as well and the hotel bar serves nice cocktails. The spa is topnotch and I had a very great spa experience in this hotel. It has it’s own private beach access with white sand and it’s worth every penny. Truly 5 star experience.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. No enough facilities. No lifeguard at the beach nor the pool side. No play ground for the kids and no play room. the beds and the pillows were not comfortable.

Property is well cared for with a large personnel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel is old and needs updating but nothing takes away from the enjoyment of the resort.

The hotel is on the beach. Every room has an ocean view and the beach looks out to a lagoon with calm and beautiful waters. Possibly the best rooms are the private bungalows with a stretch of beach of their own. The only drawback is the short but pleasant walk to the dining hall. Hotel offers amenities like a gym, standard lap pool, other pools, and two beautiful authentic Turkish baths.

There should be other kids club options for non-turkish speakers perhaps english. And I think there should be a package tour deal offer from the hotel and lastly maybe guests will be offered somekinde map of the town what to see nearby/closed by the hotel.

Everything was great most esp. the crew and staff! They were all so friendly, esp. mention to Simba she was so nice, smiling and very accomodating and so with the other girl but forgot to ask her name. Room refrigerator was broken, and they replaced it after one day.

Beach was very clean and nice. Breakfast variety was great. Our room (bungalow) was very nice and comfortable, and clean, at the beach front, Very clean and comfortable beds. Good air condition. Nice small outdoor private sitting area with beach view.
