Good place to stay for a night

The first night I was on the 6th floor room was quite but the air con did nothing to cool the room and the pillows were hardand lumpy. I had to ask for soft pillows. When my mum arrived we realized that the bed was very noisy when two people sleep in I had to ask reception to change my room the second room had the same problem with the bed the third one on the third floor was comfortable and quite but as we were closer to the road it was very noisy. The first morning there was not much put out for breakfast there was a plate covered with 3 bits of cheese and some cucumber and tomatoes and a boiled egg I was shocked by this. I asked for a mug for coffee I was told they don't have one but there was two in our room so I took them and from. Day two they put out breakfast properly so that fixed the issue

The walls are not solid and could hear the TV's from both sides. I did complain to reception, and appears they acted on it, but didn't make any difference.

The location was close to the station, and the breakfast was good.

You need to book in advance to go the pool, which is closed in the mornings.

It was unfortunate that our room overlooked a derelict building. The weather was still warm but the hotel had switched to winter heating so our room was too hot. The hotel was just a little to far on the tired side

Really not feel like a 4 star hotel Not valued for the money we spend Denied our access to the pool with some simple excuses that pool was under cleaning , which the staff can do in the time when the pool is closed I have read some reviews from other people saying the same issue with the pool - kind request for the management that , people book the rooms in hotel with swimming pool to use it when they need really spoiled my last day in turkey . Carpets in the room really need some attention

There are some good and bad things to say I will start with good Excellent location - very near to major train station and metro Reception staffs was really great- helped with my travel and even arranged some food for me even I was checking out very early in the morning Helped me to get a taxi on time to reach airport Rooms are spacious with all the basic facilities If you are looking for a quick stay for one night , wanted to reach major train station or metro or even airport in the morning- this would be a good option Not really recommended for long stay

We like our hotel room. It's clean and cosy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were quite tired after a long day of traveling and decided to order food with the hotel, the pasta was really good and price is also very reasonable. You can walk to the train station from the hotel via the underground tunnel where the entry is just across the street from the hotel. It's a comfortable 5 min walk to the train station.

Quite frankly, the only reason I don't give it 10 stars is because the room had a slight but noticeable cigarette smell even if I had selected the non-smoking room option. Hotel workers insisted it was a smoke-free room, yet it smelled to cigarette.

Amazing location. I loved the breakfast buffet with so many options. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the train station (10 min walk), the bus station (15 minutes by car or metro), a metro station is like 2 or 3 minutes away by foot and, of course, Anitkabir is very close; my room actually had an amazing view of the mausoleum. Many stores and some restaurants 5-10 minutes from the hotel. Many but not all of the hotel employees spoke English to some degree.

Wanted smoke free room but was assigned a smoking room. Possibly a language barrier issue.

Location was great for our needs. It was close to the train and bus stations. Staff was friendly and assistive.

You have to book a half hour slot for the pool, sauna and steam - it's something to do with the health spa having different owners but it makes pretty difficult to get access at short notice.

Well located for the station. Decent breakfast. Small swimming pool, with sauna and steam room (other spa facilities available for a fee). Quiet (5th floor at the back)

Ilci is a clean hotel with happy and smiling staffs. They will help you for any question/problem. The location of hotel if fine and close to shopping location with about 500-700 m distance.
