That was my second time in this Hotel and the only issue i can talk about is Breakfast , Breakfast was very bad in compare to 9 months ago . I asked for omlet they said i should pay Extra . some foods weren't fresh in the breakfast table like salami or other foods , seems like they put them in the fridge and use it the next day till it is finish . Bread was not fresh, simit was very hard to eat as it was not fresh .

I liked the room, it was clean, Nice window, Decoration was Good .Elevators were fast and specious .

The toilet wasn't clean (had some stains from the past customers). The reason this concerns us is regarding sanitary standards. But we think this wasn't something that could repeat because everything else was fine.

The stuff was very kind and helped us with paying the road taxes and answered to all of our questions. The parking in front of the hotel was great. The distance from the main tourist area is reasonable but keep in mind that we walked on very inclined streets and this can't be accessible for people with some health issues or special needs. We really liked this accommodation.

Services like housekeeping are not available after hours. we needed it on one night when my son wasn't well and vomited and couldn't get sheets changed. But they still helped with whatever was available at that time.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Clean and well kept. It's close to taksim and istiklal. Easy to get to major sights around istanbul. I wish there were some cafes close by like the Galata area.

Location was a bit tricky, no shops nearby. You might need to climb up 100-step stairs and walk up hill a bit to go to the main street. But the hotel offers a van to go to Taksim every hour, Monday - Saturday. The bad thing for me was. I booked my room type as Junior Suite. There was a whirlpool in the room. To get in, there was a small wooden step. It was a bit challenging for someone who have bad knees or on the heavy side. After a long day, I wanted to have a bath. But the whirlpool was leaking (probably at one of the many pipe joints of whirlpool system). Water was everywhere on the bathroom floor. They offered me to change to another room.. Happened the same. So, I did not change to the 3rd room. No bath for me, just shower..

Almost everything here was nice. Very friendly, polite and helpful receptionists and other staffs. The room was quite clean. Breakfast was nice, even though food was almost the same every day.

Location is good, room size was enough. Location is good, it was close to Taksim Istanbul. Price performance was good. There was some missing staff in room but they sent after request.

Just shuttle they don't move the customer to taqsim square and say this is from insurance roles, but how that allowed from the airport with charges 🤔. However, thank you for your good services.

The location is a bit far from the means of transport, but there is a shuttle bus to Taksim. (except Sunday)

Rooms can be more clean.. but they were responsible and responders.. We booked a VIP van to the Airport, the transfer company picked the pick up time by wrong at 7 am instead of 6 AM

The team, especially that receptionist girl with blond hair, was very kind and helpful.. also other staff were very kind Location is good and they have an hourly van riding to Taksim and Osmanbey for free. They updated our room free of charge and gave us a free breakfast
