The rug didn’t seem to have ever been cleaned. Lots of dust and rocks and sand in the rugs Also WiFi did not work in my friends room who was on the other side

The rooms are very cute, AC works great, WiFi worked in my room. LOTS of storage! There was a desk, nightstands, dresser, and appliances for making tea, coffee and a mini fridge. Breakfast was standard for “breakfast included” hotels, nothing fancy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming!

The shower was a bit broken, the water didn’t flow away easily.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Ali, in particular, helped us with everything. He organized all the tours, the balloon, airport transfer, and the taxi. The room was a bit small but comfortable. Buffet breakfast was also good.

Honestly, nothing if you're looking for something a little outside of Goreme, this is the perfect place to be

We came to be in a more local town and really loved it. All the staff members were so accommodating. And they have kittens roaming outside who were very cute and playful ❤️ tour pick ups were very easy and they have a lot to offer aswell if you would like to use them for any tour bookings. They are newly renovated, so the photos don't match exactly, but it looks even nicer now.

At room don’t have fridge and place where you can uncollect your baggage( we did it on the floor) ,any chair and shower without screen partition( it's extremely inconvenient, the floor and toilet are wet all the time)

We had a total of 4 rooms. In one of them there was always a strong smell of sewage that reached the room. In another it was somehow more discreet, not so disturbing. I thought it was pointless to discuss the problem, there would have been no way to solve it, the hotel was full. But I advise the owners to change something in the ventilation system of the bathrooms and even the shower rooms. Everything else is ok...and comfortable
