Rooms very clean and well appointed. Excellent shower and hot water at all times. Good position in Kusadasi near to the yacht marina and excellent choice of restaurants. Young staff very attentive, friendly and keen to do well. Will definitely continue to use the hotel on my regular visits to Kusadasi

Stayed in for a week 15th march with a friend rooms where spot on Staff where outstanding soner in the restaurant was a star and uras on reception was ever so helpfully.. WiFi was very good would recommend and plan on staying again

Needs a small bit of maintenance, painting walls in rooms, my walls were scuffed ( wasn't a big deal for me but others might) base on shower was loose so had to readjust, smell of mustiness from bathroom but a hotel this size must be hard to maintain anyway, Nothing else affected me personally.

Nice hotel situated straight across from a small beach. 5 minute walk to main shopping strip, 1 min walk to 1st pub and restaurant .Staff are very pleasant, language barrier may be a problem as only about 3-4 understood English, I personally had no issues, there pool is small and not really used as in shade all the time but it looks clean but cold. Breakfast is continental which was grand but basic.I only had a toasted sandwich another time and it was nice. Requested late checkout and was reasonably accommodated. Rooms are clean , safe, big bed, Small balcony , good shower, socket close to bed, fridge was stocked with 2 water when I arrived at 12.14am so really appreciated. I would recommend this hotel as basic,clean good location, good price for 6 days.

Yes there is a nightclub next door which can't be helped and which does mean there is noise. But once you close your balcony door and put the Aircon on, it's tolerable! This time we had breakfast which was ok. The only let down was the juice which isn't juice but incredibly sweet and quite unpalatable 'juice'. Otherwise great experience and great value for money.

Our second stay here as we were travelling to and from Samos. Really friendly staff on reception and to those who promptly answered my many emails! The rooms are as described; basic but very clean, comfortable and all with a seaview and balcony. There is a pool which we didn't have time to use on either of our visits.

Loud music playing at bar downstairs until after 1am each night. Dinner selection of warm items could be improved. Beds a little hard.

Location in central kusadasi, nice walks, short distance to cruise port. Nice cold pool. Breakfast and dinner were good.

Some of the receptionists did not speak English well, but they were nevertheless very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is located very centrally and rooms have sea view. Very good quality and variety of food for breakfast and dinner. .

The room was a bit old, door to the bathroom was tricky and toilet seat was broken.

Great location, staff were exceptional so helpful they went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Parking was scarce so they let us park the car at the door the they waited for a park across the road to become available and parked the car for us, the staff in the restaurant were so attentive they made sure we had everything we needed toasted our bread and brought us tea in the morning.

No parking. We were there at Bayram so Kusadasi was rammed. We parked up the street with others but was removed to the compound m. 950 tl to retrieve. But only 15 mins from discovering it gone to collection. Thanks to the hotel for taking us there and sorting it.

Pool area does not get the sun at all, so pool very cold, we used the beach every day.

Location was excellent, beach across the road, walking distance to town centre, very clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned every day. Has spa on premises.

Hotel didn’t want you bringing in your own food or drink but as we ate out most of the time it wasn’t a big deal and the pool area had no sun

We absolutely loved the location as the beach was on the door step and 10 minutes to the centre but plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel the only let down was the rooms are a little small and the pool area gets no sun so not used at all but the cleaning lady was amazing and the place was spotless and we would stay there again

Corridor under lit and needed brightening..

Location was good, walking distance to main town, castle and local beaches( 1 across the road). Worth going to other beaches, Jade and Ladies using v frequent buses right outside. Pool excellent and staff v helpful. Breakfasts good and from top floor great view towards cruise ship quay. Balconies overlook sea view .
