Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

I liked the location. It is a bit walk up the slope but this is how Istanbul is. It is close to the tram and metro station so it was ideal for us. Staff was also kind and polite. There is a mini supermarket in front of the hotel and a restaurant next to it and front of it. Overall it was a good experience.

United StatesThe location was great in terms of being relatively close to all the places we wanted to visit, but it was not a particularly nice part of town. Not that it was not safe. I felt perfectly safe at all times. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again.
location - near a metro station, right in front of a convenience store and some restaurants staff - incredibly helpful and very friendly breakfast - good variety and delicious. I had a chance to try some typical Turkish food and enjoyed the experience very much room - very comfortable bed AC in the room - worked really well! price - a great price for what we got

United KingdomThe hotel very kindly upgraded our stay to the 5th floor as we were travelling as a family with my mum who had always dreamt of seeing Istanbul. The staff were always quick to help us and even got us a minivan to take us and all of our luggage back to the airport. Location wise, it was easy to find the nearby tram stop or metro and see the main sights.

This hotel was excellent. The overall location of the hotel was fantastic, within the old town and walking distance to Aksaray tram stop and on the T1 line. The breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. The fact that they had lactose free milk was a bonus. The room was spacious enough and we did not feel crowded or on top of each other. The wifi was good as well as the fact that we had a choice of English channels.

Great hotel to stay in! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they even extended my check-out time for couple hours and helped to call a taxi to the airport. Breakfasts were amazing, lots of options to choose from. Room was very good, clean and spacious, with a nice view. Nice neighborhood.
