I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The personnel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is ideal ,conveniently situated and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety. The terrace provided a relaxing space to enjoy the views and unwind. Having a private pool was the ultimate luxury, making the stay even more special.

They have a large breakfast selection, and a beautiful dining area with tall windows to enjoy the view. I loved the rooftop view of the balloons! 🎈 This was well worth the price. I will miss the friendly staff. 😊 Mehmet and Volkan were so nice and assisted us with our bags, extra towel requests, and even helped me with food delivery by letting me charge to my room when the delivery guy’s card machine battery died.

The location is exceptional. Right near the main street but in a quiet laneway. The Hotel is definitely historic which gives it a wonderful charm. The cave walls, stone work, paintings and beautiful decorations give the place a peaceful vibe. We loved our stay in Goreme and the quality of the Hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, so much food. Particularly the traditional foods cooked by a lovely lady. We stayed in the Cave Room which understandably didn't have airconditioning or windows so the staff brought us a fan. This was not a problem for us but others may not be comfortable in hotter months so maybe consider another type of room. Overall however I highly recommend this hotel.

Historical Goreme House is an excellent place! We spent three very comfortable nights there. We stayed in a family room there were three of us and the space was huge. In fact, it was actually two rooms separated by a door, which made it even more comfortable. The entire staff was wonderful and always attentive. Breakfast was not only plentiful but also delicious. The hotel terrace is very cozy, and in the morning we had a magical experience: the balloons were literally flying right above our heads! The location is also perfect. The hotel is very close to the town center, without the need to climb tiring hills. Another highlight of our stay, besides everything already mentioned, was the communication with the hotel even before our arrival. They promptly answered all my questions, sent photos of the room to make sure it would be comfortable for three people, and everything was truly amazing from beginning to end. Thank you, Goreme Historical House, you were simply incredible!

Breakfast was good and set up clean. Staff were ready and willing to help. Check out accommodated us excellently. Balloon tour we took from them was well priced and transfer thereto was excellent.

Everything was great

Contact from staff was amazing from pre arrival to keeping me updated when out and about re my balloon ride being cancelled. Breakfast offers lots of choice and great coffee.

Nothing . Just a thing “ There was no face wash or soap” i think nobody (hotels) provide the face wash or soap. I guess . But thats not a big deal at all .. otherwise they had body wash , conditioner in the toilet.

Everything.. Love the building .. staff was good. breakfast was yummy and had many options. Owner was v nice person. And staff was v helpful i felt like i am living with my family. Would visit again. And would recommend to all

Cave pool room can get quite moist as no windows, especially when the sauna is on but it’s to be expected! Can’t fault the place really

we stayed in the pool suite room and It was an unforgettable experience!! Absolutely amazing room, best one we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot of gorgeous places. The only downside to the room is that as there’s no windows it can get very moist in there especially if the sauna has been on and so we didn’t really use the sauna much for this reason. The property is in an amazing location and it’s a gorgeous hotel!!

Room wasn’t exactly what looks at the pictures, Bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the tv didn’t work and some room didn’t had a remote control. Plus the one’s without widows did smell dump and too hot at night time , standard room had no air conditioning.

The location was amazing , close to town ,the staff was friendly, kind and helpful.

The location of the hotel and the staff is fantastic, we booked a cave suite with a pool and sauna which is amazing for the experience however I would recommend to keep this room type for only one night. As the cave was damp and humid and the outside was cold and dry we all got sick. 1 night for the experience would have been enough.

Buffet was closed due to low occupancy (low season). However we were served with local breakfast comprising of fresh salad, meat, cheese, assortment of bread and eggs. It was more than sufficient.

Our room was a little cold during the winter. Also the shower in the bathtub wasn't really shower as there wasn't any mount for the showerhead. Unfortunately, the hotel was doing some work on the room on the floor above, and that construction created some unwelcome ambient noise.

The location of HIstorical Goreme House was excellent, very close to city center and many other restaurants, tourist locations. Staying in a cave hotel was definitely a unique experience. Staff were helpful, and the staff that made and served the delicious breakfast were especially great. The rooftop terrace restaurant where the breakfast is served is a great place to watch hot air balloons over the town in the mornings.

Had a very warm welcome from Narin when we arrived. Beautiful hotel and warm and comfy rooms. View from the room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and served in a glass room on the top of the hotel so you could see the whole town. It’s well placed and near all the restaurants. Narin was very helpful with local information and booking mini bus to the airport for us.

Staff is lovely. The location is very close to the center of the town, but separate enough to cut down on traffic noise. Very close to good restaurants. The staff arranged all of our excursions for us with no issues. Highly recommend this property
