We had some issues with the fridge in the room and the door was a bit hard to open sometimes, but the staff helped us. We realised the fridge turns off when you leave the room, as the key is your electricity, but we made it work! Otherwise happy with everything else!

We visited Cappadocia for as part of our honeymoon. The stay itself was really nice, felt very welcomed by all the staff and Mars the cat along with his side kick! Breakfast was full of options, the room itself was comfortable and it had everything we needed. Mustafa would help us organise the tours and activities to do in Gerome like the hot air ballon and the ATVs, so very helpful and we appreciate it! And of course you get a view of the hot air balloons in the morning, it's beautiful!

The sleeping room in suite is a bit hot as the air conditioner is in the living room

The location: it's almost at the top of the mountain which is a excellent position to have a panoramic view of the city, and the sunrise view with hot air balloon. Too pity that all air balloon were cancelled during our stay 😭

We had a lovely stay here at Hira Cave Hotel. This hotel is absolutely amazing, the view is insane and I’d say one of the best in Cappadocia, you get a full 360 panoramic view where you can choose from three different rooftop terraces. The hotel was so beautiful aswell with traditional decorations and a really cool and unique layout. The staff was so friendly and helpful from the moment we got in the door. They had good recommendations and always happy to assist us. They also had awesome tours which we booked in. We did both the red and green tour which were both great and went to spectacular locations and they were full of information about the land and culture and history. The room was so cool, we stayed in a cave!!! it was very traditional and clean and well kept with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. I loved all the little details in the room and was so cute there was little snacks provided each day. Also the location was great and close to many restaurants and attractions. We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also splendid, very traditional and very generous with fresh and flavourful ingredients. The view from breakfast was also incredible. We enjoyed our stay so very much, thank you :)

This is my first time staying in a cave hotel, and it's a really special experience. The hotel is located on a high point in the town of Göreme. The rooftop offers a fantastic view. Whether it's watching hot air balloons or overlooking the entire town, it's great. Inside the hotel is a spacious suite. It's well - equipped and relatively cool. There's also an adorable cat named Mars.

Mehmet and his team went above and beyond for my friend and I. They were always ready to assist with any questions we had and were so hospitable towards us and other hotel guests. The roof terrace offers the most amazing views of Goreme and if you are up at sunrise, you get an amazing view of the hot air balloons! We were even given a free room upgrade and the buffet breakfast every morning was exceptional! Hands down one of the best stays I have had! And I hope to return in the not too distant future :) highly recommend Hire Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia! From the moment I arrived at Hira Cave Hotel, I was overwhelmed by the warmth and generosity of the owner and staff. They go above and beyond — even by the already high standards of Turkish hospitality. I was constantly offered tea, coffee, and thoughtful little snacks, whether I was relaxing in the lobby or enjoying the stunning terrace views. One morning, after getting up early for the hot air balloons and falling back asleep, I missed the official breakfast — and they still made me a plate of mini pancakes, just out of kindness. When I needed to rearrange my travel plans, they helped me rebook my bus ticket from the closer town center so I wouldn’t need to take a taxi to the bigger station — something they didn’t have to do, but offered without hesitation. The hotel itself is beautiful, an easy walk from the center of Göreme, and the views from the terrace — hot air balloons at sunrise, village lights and music at night — are pure magic. My cave room was cozy, authentic, and absolutely charming. I truly loved my stay here, but more than anything, I’m leaving with gratitude for the people who made it so special.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hira Hotel, where we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe cave room. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly, and the breakfast and terrace views were both fantastic. We especially appreciated the thoughtful souvenir at checkout — a lovely gesture that will always remind us of our stay, and we’ll book again!

Hira Cave Hotel is a hidden gem in Cappadocia! A beautiful boutique hotel with just 8 unique cave rooms, offering a warm and personal experience. The staff are outstanding – special thanks to Bossman Mehmet, Mehmet on reception – both legends! Mehdi on night duty, and the lovely Zehra and Rahile for keeping everything spotless and serving a delicious breakfast each morning. Also you got to love the hotel cats, Duman and Mars! Perfectly located just above Göreme town (only 5 minutes’ walk), with stunning views of the valleys and hot air balloons at sunrise. The team couldn’t do enough for us – they helped with restaurant bookings and even rearranged our balloon flight after bad weather. Great rooms, great service, great location. Five stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, the only place to stay in Cappadocia!

We stayed in the 2nd level wherein there is only one room, and that's ours. Very exclusive! Easy to access the rooftop. The views are amazing, the staffs are very kind and helpful, specially Mustafa, who let us check in earlier than usual. He always check on our daily needs in our room, arrange for us tours & airport transfer. He even offered sandwich for us to bring since we are leaving for the airport too early. Thanks so much Mustafa for your effort. We also like to say thanks to the mother & daughter kitchen team, Rahle & Zehra for preparing sumptuous breakfast everyday. To Mehmet & Mehdi for helping us carry our heavy luggages, a big thanks to you both. And lastly, many thanks to the owner, Mehmet who always go to the resto during breakfast time to greet every guest. Very personalized & homey kind of service. We really enjoyed staying in your hotel. It feels like home to us. We love the cats specially Mas, the resident cat manager is super adorable. The only problem is walking to and from the hotel is a difficult task for someone with knee issues like me. Fortunately taxis are available everywhere in the area. And there was a time that the owner offered us a free ride to the center area. Thanks again everyone, you did a good job! Keep it up.
