United KingdomFew things to improve. 1. Some staff in Vento bar provide preferential treatment to some customers in exchange of tip. This is not good in an all inclusive, expensive resort. 2. Adult only pool is a very good idea but there were families with small and noisy children there, ignoring the rule. If you cannot enforce the rules, what is the point? Hotel management should be more proactive. 3. Air conditioning in the rest and relax room in the Turkish bath area was very inadequate.
Room was excellent. Most staff were polite, professional and helpful.

United KingdomAirports transfers should have been included in the price of deluxe rooms , especially knowing the airport is only 20mins away from the hotel. Also i wish if the hotels private beach had clear sand to walk on as the pebbles are not easy to walk on.
Everything was amazing! There’s something for every age group of people. The unlimited food & drinks, spacious & comfortable rooms, cleanliness, customer services, polite staff, variety of activities, outstanding performances in the shows. Also friendly helpful customer service from the concierge (Mr Huseyin) in organising our private yacht day trip and King Gazebo day. We also appreciate his help in arranging the travel to Gocek Marina and a surprise birthday celebration cake and balloons at the yacht on a very last minute request. Thank you!

United KingdomI expect an all-inclusive to include all the restaurants. All the restaurants, with the exception of the self-service buffet, required an additional payment. As we were only here for two days, we stayed with the buffet. This would have been very annoying if our stay was any longer. Also, the hotel sent me messages requiring advance payment when our 'contract' was 'Pay at the Property'. This caused me undue stress as I started to believe that I had been a victim of fraud and felt the need to cancel my credit card, just before international travel. Booking.com has assured me that they will make certain that their providers honour the terms under which we book.
The location is great and the facilities are superb. We didn't have time to do as much as we could have here, but the beach, it's chairs, social areas, the catering was all great. We also enjoyed the options in in the main, self-service buffet. The room was wonderful: views, clean and spacious.

United KingdomOnly two things. Beach is a bit disappointing, also parasols are not good enough and they are small, a bit larger than a big Mexican hat, not providing enough shade. Another disappointment was about a small minority of staff, we observed few times they provided preferential treatment for some customers for a tip, for example in Vento restaurant. We should emphasize most of the staff in that restaurant were professional and not involved in such acts.
Excellent food and facilities. Guest service staff through room phone 2222 were all excellent, very attentive and prompt, also very friendly. All staff in general were professional and friendly. Spa facilities and their staff deserve special praise. Also, special thanks are due to "Kumsal lezzetleri" staff for their excellent service and delicious food

Best thing was all inclusive, the best I have seen. Breakfast, snack bars, Dinner Buffet is one of the best. There are 11 swimming pools and all very clean. Facilities are second to none. Private beach area with free drink bar is most amazing.

Hotel facilities ie pools , beach , spa, activities, main restaurant and Ala cart restaurants were great. Variety of food at main restaurant was tasty and delicious. Hotel staff with no expectations , reception,restaurants ,snack restaurants , cabana , housekeeping, entertainment, guest relations were polite ,helpful, friendly and good English speaking.

United KingdomThe 3rd day room cleaning was not as great as the first and 2nd day. The new towels were not folded properly looks like been thrown up the rail. We put the robes in the bath tub along with the used towels to indicate we need new ones but the cleaner just hang them up again. The desks was not dusted. Even so we still left tip as we were happy with the first few days cleaner and stocking the fridge with refreshment.
Staff are all attentive and smiling. The customer service is excellent. It’s like in you’re good hands at all times. Special mention to the valet parking team for your friendliness and the gift shop attendant who was patient and helped me picked my two bracelet souveniers. So many selection with buffet. Everynight there is additional variety dish. The cocktails and food at the kitchen bar are delicious. (No nasty headache from cocktails because they use decent ingredients) the snack bar are chef material. And the live band, mixed of local, pop rock and alternative music. The white party singer and DJ scratching, it got us off our chairs the energy was amazing. Finally, the turkish bath and VIP balinese massage we were treated like royals. Thank you so much Hilton!

United KingdomStaff clearly serving those from whom they think they can get tips. I don't tip so I had to fetch my own drinks napkins and cutlery. On the rare occasion I did get a drink it was cola from a pump, while the tippers were getting cans. Skin colour profiling was also pretty obvious, I'm brown so little to no service for me. We left only 100TL tip on the bed for the cleaner on day one and returned to a clean room. Next day we left £10, we returned at midday to an unmade room but the money was gone. Room wasn't made until past 4pm, so no more tipping. This says more about the workers than the hotel, but it's about the experience, right? They need to fake it better. At least one ala carte and one spa treatment ought to have been free, considering the most basic cost £300 per night. Food, though reasonably good, got monotonous after 3 days.
Hotel and it's facilities abound although they're a little dated now. Overall a great experience, but not the best value for money, pricey.
