We absolutely loved Heybe Hotel! It’s a beautiful boutique-style property with stylish décor, spotlessly clean rooms, and great facilities. The rooftop terrace is amazing for breakfast with stunning views over Göreme, and if you’re up early (around 5:30am) you’ll see the spectacular sight of hot air balloons drifting across the sky – unforgettable! The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed the shady garden area for relaxing with a drink, the cozy lounge bar, and the superb indoor pool with a sunroof. The location is perfect – close to shops, restaurants, and easy walking distance to balloon viewpoints. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from booking through to our stay, making us feel very welcome. We highly recommend Heybe Hotel for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Lovely hotel with a nice location to access restaurants and activities. The breakfast was lovely and the view from the terrace of the balloons was an amazing back drop. The pool was lovely and provided a welcome break from the sun outside and a chance to relax.

Shower /wet room very small & awkward as a result. Minimal tpiletries shower gel only & no shampoo etc for a spa hotel. Cafe/bar was very expensive.

Good location near bars & restaurants, near enough but slightly away from the hustle & bustle of the centres nightlife. Comfy bed. Nice indoor swimming pool. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice garden area at front. You can see the hot air balloons from the roof terrace at sunrise.

Just a suggestion, nothing that is really bad: the ac in our room didnt work very well, it worked with a lot of speed and cold temperature even if we change the temperature or speed. Always the same. I think it is a bit old, so an upgrade would be fantastic.

Fantastic! Beautiful hotel, very nice staff. The bed is very confortable, the view on the terrace during breakfast is amazing :) The pool is so so so beautiful! It was the best choice because being so hot outside, it was amazing to have this pool to relax. We also recommend doing the anti-stress and the medical massage, 60 min both. We usually do a lot of massages and these were one of the best in our lives. The ladies really know some specific techniques. We also are very thankfull to the staff, this stay was during our honey moon so when we arrived to the room they had some rose petals and balloons in the bed, really romantic ;) loved it! Totally recommend this hotel!!

I don’t watch TV, but the TV in the room was only 14”. This was not shown on the room pictures. Also, the shower curtain doesn’t go all the way to the floor so water would spill from the shower to under the sink, wetting most of the bathroom.

Nice comfortable room, good breakfast, rooftop with nice view of the balloons. The staff is very nice, super helpful, and the decoration of the hotel is pretty.

Very central location and walking distance to the main shopping area and restaurants. Great amenities including a lovely pool area. Comfortable rooms too. The staff were very helpful and assisted in organising some great activities.

Everything was flawless! The staff were all super polite and resourceful, giving instructions and helping with all our requests. The breakfast was excellent, full of options and great quality food. The facilities were all clean and well-preserved, also the decoration had fine touches of Turkish/kapadokia culture. Last, but not least, the location is wonderful, just 5min walk from goreme bus station and city center. Plus, the terrace has a wonderful view of the hot air balloons in the sunrise :)

Very small bathroom, surprisingly no bidet but overall bathroom was very clean. No microwave at all, asked the staff but they couldn't heat up food for us, so don't bring left overs back to the hotel or might be an issue if you're travelling with infants that need warmed food.

Aesthetic of the hotel was very pleasing. Very clean and decent space. Comfortable bed, pillow and blankets. Clean towels. Fridge and kettle worked. Air-con worked. WiFi was fast. Breakfast buffet was great. Pool and spa massage service was great. Great location with amazing views, good restaurants and market within walking distance.

The Hotel will try to sell u uppriced things, like an airport transfer, where I specifically asked if there is a public transfer which was denied which wasnt true. It was one third of the price the hotel made us pay. Also the hamman and tours are pricier than elsewhere. But thats just the thing with hotels and just something to be aware of.

The Pool and the breakfast are outstanding. If u come here in spring and it isnt warm yet, then u will have great time here. The staff is nice and accommodating. The hotel is located in a calm street, bit it just tales under five minutes to be in the middle of the city.
