The pool was a lovely touch, however the wee pigeons like to wash off here. Although it was clean and nothing could be done about the birds, it was a little iffy so we didn’t use the pool. Staff were friendly, possibly due to a language barrier we didn’t interact much but generally pleasant and obliged when asked for any help.

Fantastic location, easy to walk to all major attractions. Amazing views from the pool and rooftop terrace, lovely decor. Breakfast was yum and coffee and tea available all day. The room was clean, cleaned daily and comfy. Airport transfer was excellent and dropped us off right outside the door (the property is up a bit of a hill). Would definitely stay again, thank you!

The room did not match the pictures.. also when my friend arrived later the reception told me that I only had a reservation for 1 person.. it was annoying. Also I couldn't open the window..

The pool was great, the location is also very good, the view from the terrace was magnificent, Breakfast was also okay..

The apartments were terrible but they kindly moved us to the main site where we were led to believe we'd booked in the first place. We'd sadly think again before re-booking.

Quaint & authentic but a bit rough around the edges. So-called 'apartments' were dismal but they thankfully swapped our rooms.

Breakfast was poor, cold, not fresh. The room we were in had wooden windows, so it was like not having windows at all, you could hear every single noise from the street, all night.

Fantastic view from the top. It's defo a budget place in the older part of Istambul, but exactly what we wanted. Walking distance everywhere, hundreds of shops and restaurants, boats and river nearby too. Paid around £40 a night, so good value for money. Fridge and tv in the room, cleaned every day, fresh towels daily.

Bosphorus view room was a bit noisy from the Metro trains, and there is a Mosque which wakes you up with the prayers.

I was really surprised, that the hotel was in a very specific area, and it was not mentiond. Mostly abandoned houses around, lots of garbage and the trains move just under the hill, where the bilding stands, it was rather noisy.

Great location. Metro and ferry stations are really close, as well as buses to the airport. Food was ok. Stuff members were really helpful.

Not many people speak English The apartment 7 has very noisy sometimes drunk local neighbors since it is outside of the main building. There are cars, people talking under the windows and the train rail road. We didn't sleep no one night.

All was good! But if you're not mobile, the climb up the hill could be a little too much. For us it was no issue at all :)

We've had the apartment down the hill. Which was nice as the hotel is almost at the top of the hill. We've had breakfast 2 times, which was included. The guy cleaning up our rooms was soooooo nice mashallah Got fresh towels every day, and our room was clean. Also at the hotel there was a nice terrace with an amazing view over Istanbul and a pool.
