Great location and super friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We recommend booking your balloon tickets and tours from the hotel, as they coordinate pickups and are competitively priced. Try the restaurant; they serve a good breakfast and a great dinner with local Turkish music on some nights.

The breakfast. The most useless and no variety breakfast I ever had. Bees were swimming in the sauce bowls. They did not bother to change anything, served the same sauce in the same bowl for straight 3 days.

From the moment we arrived at Harem Suites Cappadocia, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready with helpful tips for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with authentic Cappadocian charm, and offered stunning views of the fairy chimneys. We loved the peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day of hot air balloon rides and sightseeing. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, delicious, and served with a breathtaking view of the valley. The location was ideal, just a short walk to local restaurants, shops, and key attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and private. The personal touches made all the difference—small details in the room, friendly conversations, and genuine care from the team. Harem Suites felt less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely return on our next trip to Cappadocia.

We recently stayed at Harem Suites Cappadocia, and while our trip was marred by a health emergency, I can honestly say that the staff and the experience were absolutely amazing, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. My wife suffered a heart attack during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to support us. They treated us like family, offering care and kindness in ways we didn't expect. Their compassion truly made a difficult situation easier to handle. As for the hotel itself, it's set in a breathtaking location with stunning views of Cappadocia's famous landscape. The sunsets were absolutely magical—something we'll never forget. The room we stayed in had its own private terrace with a hot tub, which was the perfect spot to unwind. The whole setting felt serene and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and recharge. The hotel also offers a variety of activities like balloon rides, ATV sunset tours, and horseback riding, which you can easily book through them. We did manage to get in a sunrise balloon tour which was amazing. All in all, Harem Suites is a beautiful, welcoming place with an incredibly supportive team. Despite the tough circumstances we faced, we left with gratitude and will always remember the kindness we received here. Highly recommend it!

Breakfast timings could be better. Starting breakfast at 8.30am is a tad too late especially, if we have tours planned that leave at 9am. Most other hotels typically start breakfast service at 7am.

The real “happening” downtown is Goreme, which is 7 minute taxi ride away. But I am splitting hairs. Highly recommended

This hotel is located close to a lot of the attractions and for those that are not. The staff can arrange this for you (we went on a quadbike tour arranged by the reception.) We did hire a car at the airport, so we could go at our own pace.

The room was gorgeous, but we did note some debris falling from the ceiling in the middle of the night. We also noted that one of the doors in the bathroom was missing.

The staff were amazing! Especially the reception team! Achie and Hassan took great care of us! The breakfast and view is breathtaking.

If u want to have activity in Goreme, u need to take a taxi from Urchisa to Goreme, which should be taken into considertion.

Good service for taxi, minubus reservation from the counter. Good location in the Urchisa town. The really good one for Urchisa targeted travellers. Also easy to hike into white valley and pigeon valley.

The cave washrooms had a distinct smell and continuously falling debris. It is a unique experience, however, is not something that everyone will appreciate. The memory foam mattress topper was a little less liking to our comfort and after removing we experienced a better sleep.

The hotel is tastefully designed and decorated with amazing views of the valley and right under the Uchisar castle. The courtesy of the staff, especially the owner and Hasan Pektas at the reception made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was amazing with the option to make on-order eggs and specialty hot drinks for free. The toiletries were of very nice fragrance and quality.

Staying outside the season (only just) meant that the breakfast was served and not buffet, and the staff did not all have the best English for communicating, but we were able to still have more than enough to eat and after all - we were in Turkey so communication with Turkish and English mixed was fine.

The view and location were second to none! You could not ask for a more iconic location in the heart of Cappadocia. The staff were incredible and really went out of their way to accommodate us with anything we needed.

Our suite had an issue initially, but to their credit, the team sorted it promptly and professionally. Once settled in, we really appreciated the spacious layout and the elevated position, which gave us some truly spectacular sunset views across the valleys.

Calm Boutique Base with Breathtaking Sunset Views — Highly Recommended We stayed at Hiram Suites Cappadocia and found it to be in an ideal location — right at the quieter end of Uçhisar, just a short stroll from the famous castle and surrounded by several high-end boutique hotels. You get the same stunning views and serene atmosphere, but at a much more reasonable rate. Breakfast was a classic Turkish Kahvaltı Tabağı — hearty, fresh, and beautifully presented. It really set us up for the day. Being based here also gave us easy access to the best terraces in the area for drinks or dinner — without the crowds of Göreme. All in all, a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it as a base for exploring the region in comfort and style. There was limited space for parking the car. It was okay when there was few guests in.

The Hotel is near to town and attractions. The room is very spacious. Bugra is very nice and helpful and attentive to our needs. He also replies quick bring in our requests within few minutes. He also suggested good places/ activities to go to. Staff from the restaurant was very accommodating and friendly too.

Amazing place in the beautiful uchisar, close to the castle. The staff was really friendly and thanks to them, we booked a horse riding, one of the most exciting experience in Kapadokya. I also loved the breakfast (both turkish and international) in the stanning view of the valley.
