Russia1. a fridge was unplug from electricity - nobody told me to look behind the fridge when I checked in, so I got unpleasant discovery next morning 2. there were no WiFi networks available in the room at all 3. indoor parking has very narrow parking slots - due to high number of guests on the day of my stay indoor and outdoor parkings were full.

ItalyStaff at check-in was rude, not at all what I would expect from Hampton by Hilton hotel. Apart from the rudeness in the process, they are also potentially not LGBT friendly as the staff snarked, chuckled and immediately said something in turkish to the colleague when he asked us if we wanted separate beds, I confirmed, like I had already done on booking and my reservation, that no we wanted a queen bed. It's Turkey, so it's not like I had high expectations on this at all, but at least the professional attitude of staff to save the snark comments until after we left? Beyond this we wanted to get room service for dinner at the hotel restaurant. The staff there seemed unprepared, didn't know where the menu was, then said I had to wait more than hour because there was a group of 15 people eating? Then sent me back up to order by phone from my room instead of taking my order. When I called the staff who answered said that no I had to tell the restaurant directly but ok she would help me. We got there in the end, and it didn't take that long, but my experience is just general poor service.
Room was good, comfortable and clean, what I expected. Good parking spots. A different staff member from the ones at check in told us we could get breakfast 15 minutes before opening time as we had a really early flight.

United Arab EmiratesI booked this hotel in the month of April which was not quite hot but the room was a little warm and the AC in the room was not working properly. It would be very difficult for people in the summers if the AC is not functioning properly. Moreover, the windows were fixed so we couldn’t open them for fresh air either.
