The toilet was situated awkwardly next to the shower cubicle making it difficult to sit properly on the toilet.

The breakfast was amazing. Extremely filling and plenty of variety. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Mr. Ali was very helpful. We followed his guidance in choosing the balloon company and horse riding, and we were quite satisfied. We also enjoyed the breakfast. I should also mention that the pillows and mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, and we rested well.

Inconvenient shared bathroom (but I guess you can only wish that match from a hotel which was dug in a hill).

The hotel has an excellent terrace with views in almost all directions from which you can observe balloon flights and sunsets.

The staff was amazing, kindest people you can imagine. The location was great, less than 10 minutes walk and you could reach all main points of the city. Breakfast was always fresh and with good food. The room was also comfortable.

The view from the rooftop is nice, good spread of breakfast. The lady preparing the breakfast is a good chef and made pastries on the spot.

Everything was great especially people who managed the hostel.They helped us to get a balloon ride with short notice and with very reasnoble price. Breakfast was simple but good enough to get a boost before a long hike.

Shower head was broken and the manager had to come fix it. Rooms do not have a view but terrace does offer a pretty decent view. The room had this lingering cigarette smell.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Probably the best thing about the property. It's a cute property but road that leads to it is slightly steep.

I don’t like breakfast And I prefer that the kitchen of the hotel is not in the place where breakfast is served, because it smelled of frying and food and it did not feel interesting.

It's called caved hotel but no cave in sight :D

The hotel is in a great location, only a few minute walk from center. The staff is very helpful and kind. The terrace is very nice! The breakfast was SUPERB!!!

Less lighting in the room.

A great place to stay. The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel is close to the center yet a little on the hill so you can see the balloons from the terrace in the morning. Also the staff was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The water didn’t always get as hot as I would have liked but it’s definitely not cold and I understand that it’s difficult to have on demand hot water with the infrastructure in the area. Really not a big deal!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and clean and the rooftop terraces are great! Location is awesome, super close to the main areas and restaurants but up a little hill so it’s quiet. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel! The staff is extremely kind. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is very tasty. The terrace to see balloons in the morning is also great. We enjoyed our stay and would repeat it with pleasure.

No elevator and limited staffs for carrying baggages.

Affordable Staff helped in booking hot air balloon booking for a good price. Good terrace with view. Breakfast average.
