I got lost twice, as its so big.... but you get used to it after a couple of days.

The pool, I needed to train while I was a way competing & needed a pool that swimmers can use..... The food was very good in the bistro & a massive choice at breakfast of both hot & cold food.

The pool is very small and there is a line reserved for someone who trains the children all the time! So the expertise of the pool was so bad. Another important thing, we didn’t know that the outside pool wasn’t for the hotel as the photos show. You should pay 1000TL if you want to swim outside.

The room is big, bed is comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and the sea view is beautiful.

When walking out your room, it was very hot . When in the shower it gets cold and turn off ( not fun ) . The water pressure was low. The carpet in the hotel looks like it’s been flooded before. When you ask for room to be cleaned they just change the line give you new towels and take out the trash.

I like that it’s wasn’t over crowded to be a convention center. I absolutely love the spa. Close access to like shopping center.

The hotel had a problem with the water, it would go hot and cold during the shower, and the shower pressure was low. Also, the hotel was warm.

staff hotel corridors too dark interior is a bit aged the one lift from the parking to the ground floor is not enough and is too slow, really bad there is no stairways from the aprking to hte groundfloor

Few things must be renovated but ok.

After 3 Years of continious coming in Green Park Pendik I am super suprised that we got an free Upgrade. We got a better Room than we reserved it. Thanks to the Hotel, very kind of you. We were glad to be there. Everything was fine, better than last year.

The bathroom can be much better maintained, The air conditioning filter was removed, one of the showers didn't worked. The brekfast was poor. Big lines waiting for a single person to coock omlet

The location is good if you plan to reach the hotel by car. There is a metro station in about 5 minutues walking

I did not like the breakfast time and variety. I wish it was at 11 o'clock.

I booked a room for two days with a sea view but I extended my vacation in this hotel for 8 days but the big impact of this extension was because of the good treatment and cooperation of the receptionist CANSU she was wonderful and welcomed us with all cheerfulness and open-heartedness.

It is a good and comfortable hotel, but the breakfast is less than before, and overall it is a comfortable hotel.

We experienced some communication issues at the reception during check in. Rooms needed to be renewed. Breakfast needed update as well. Cleaning staff ignored "Do not disturb". Button in the lift broken.

Spa zone staff was very helpful and proffesional. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Some of the staff did try to be helpful even without proper english. But still not "5*" hotel.

For a 5 star hotel, the room was not as clean as you would expect. The inside of the windows was dirty, the shower sika was coming apart so water went everywhere when you showered and in and around the mini fridge there was dirt, inside the fridge had not been cleaned. Just a general feeling of dustiness.

Good location, they upgraded our room to a sea view room as we were there for 2 weeks. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good AC and WiFi.
