A bit noisy early parts of the morning but bearable

Friendly staff good breakfast fulfilling Location perfect n convenient. Front desk team exceptionally helpful. Breakfast room wow they are really welcoming n happy especially Yusra n her team. Chef prepared some really good food to Njoy.

I am so glad that we chose this hotel. If we needed something they were able to accommodate everything we needed. The location is perfect right at the heart of Istanbul. However the staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing. It was my birthday and the staff made it so so special I will never forget. Especially huge thank you to Ferhat and Yusra they were absolutely amazing with everything especially being my first holiday abroad. Amazing staff always smiling , welcoming and always above and beyond. They are lucky to have them because they made everything so amazing. I did not want to leave the holiday and will miss the amazing staff so much. Definitely will be returning. Thank you everyone ❤️

I recently stayed with my family at Grand Beyazit Hotel Old City in Istanbul and had an outstanding experience. The location is perfect, situated conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were immaculate and meticulously cleaned every day, which made my stay very comfortable. The housekeeping staff clearly take great pride in their work, ensuring that everything was spotless and well-maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They were amazing—exceptionally helpful and attentive to every detail. From offering great recommendations and attractions to ensuring all my needs were met promptly, they made me feel truly welcome and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The combination of a prime location, pristine rooms, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers.

The room was strange, with the bathroom not separated. It's not really a problem if you're traveling alone or as a couple, but for a business trip, I would look for another hotel.

The room was spacious and the location is excellent. You get some fruits and a bottle of water in the room. I was able to keep my luggage after I checked out.

The only drawback I would have to mention is how the toilet is situated within the shower cubicle, in a tightly spaced area. That is the only thing which lets this hotel down.

Every single staff within the hotel, this was my fourth visit. Each time I have stayed at a different hotel, I have not experienced this sort of amazing 💯% satisfaction level of service. Not seen one single member of staff being unhappy or unhelpful. Every day even when not requested rooms were cleaned. All the staff during breakfast were amazing and even on the reception i would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Best of all is when you don’t expect breakfast because you are waiting in reception 6:00am for your return airport taxi and breakfast doesn’t starts till 7:30 and so without even requesting for anything, the nice gentleman at the reception provided us with breakfast on the go, he saw I went out and purchased something to eat from outside and he just asked if we would like to have something made to take with us and when you least expect something and now that is above and beyond a true service.

The hotel was ideal as there was a train stop just up the road. The hotel was on a small road so big coaches can’t stop in front but the location was in the centre with sultanahmet just a 15-20 mins walk away or you can get the train there.

I really liked staying there. The location of the hotel is great, it just near the tramway station and Grand bazaar. The room was spacious and very clean. The facilities were great. I liked the shower. The breakfast was awesome, I ate well there.

Due to road traffic restrictions, difficult for visitors to pick up guests.

Location is excellent and the staff is outstanding. I am specially appreciative of service and assistance provided by Feroza. Hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and well sr iced. I enjoyed my breakfast every morning. I’ll stay there again.

Reception was helpful and friendly. Yousra in reception was a delight. Very helpful and smart. Her language skills were amazing and I really enjoyed meeting her. She has excellent customer service skills and is the best staff there.
