Thank you for my good staying in the hotel. Mr.Maradona and Ismail was very kind and helpful. Night shift did not the same . I was have bad incident my pag was stolen by everything money passports in serjeky area and I was in big problem police came and review the CCTV discover one small child stolen the bag after I stayed in the police station until 2 clock morning they give me statement by the incident and asked me to go to the embassy. Just I arrived to the hotel the police contacted me asked me to come back to the police station and told me the found the bag with passport and mobile but no money.please take care about your belongs very much stealing every ware there.

This is nice, little hotel with polite staff and good rooms. Hotel is situated in old city commercial area, very close to Kapali carsi but also Aja Sofia and Blue Mosque. There are plenty of restaurants as well as transportation possibilities like trams, metro etc.

The venue is located in a relatively isolated place and my partner did not feel safe walking in the area late at night. The booking stated coffee machines as well as bath gowns in the rooms, both of which was missing. They did however make a plan to organise a kettle and coffee for us to have in the room. I think the disappointment was what was described on Booking.com and what we experienced was different.

The breakfast for me was great. However if you are looking to eat healthy there are not many options. For all the short comings of the venue, the staff absolutely made up for it. They assisted in every possible way that they could. Especially the day manager Maradonna, he was exceptional. The hotel was relatively close to the tram station, which was a great convenience.

It qas very hot inside the room, and there was any AC, only heater, which worked even when turned off.

Best location with tram stop and metro station nearby. Nice view on the Marmara sea. Pretty good breakfast with fruits, vegetables, salads, pastries, cheese, juices and coffee. Friendly staff who tries to solve your problems

The location was a little sketchy at night. It is in the middle of a wholesale district so there's lots of that going on at every storefront. We had a really hard time finding anywhere to eat nearby. There was only ONE restaurant within 200 meters, but it was a local restaurant and actually one of the better places we ate while in Turkey, and had really good prices. It was recommended by the staff. The bathroom was not great, because the shower door did not fit the opening and every time you showered was flooded the entire bathroom- it was unavoidable. There was a huge gap all around the door.. Other rooms were probably fine, but it was pretty annoying and for that reason I would not stay there again.

Typical Turkish breakfast, and they had a free cappuccino machine which was pretty awesome. The staff were friendly and pretty helpful. The beds were clean, nice, and comfortable. Short walk to the grand bazaar.

A number of things, initially we were given a bad room not as described. We had a “discussion” that started with them asking for more for a better room. I stood my grounds since I only wanted what’s on booking.com. We had a good room the next day. Little things that could be easily solved, peeling off wallpaper everywhere,shower heads that don’t sit on broken handles, door handles coming off, cracked windows, heating that seems to be on when it’s actually hot and sleeping with open windows only to get strong smell of cigarettes all day long ( then again everyone smokes )

Location and price. Staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated arriving early. Good communication and replies to emails in advance. They have a lift that was very good.
