There was absolutely nothing to complain about ❤️

The staff were excellent and super helpful and helped with everything, also the hotel itself is wonderfully located right in the town centre to suit all your needs and it's aesthetically pleasing on the eye with a lovely little courtyard with swimming pool and an even better roof terrace to view the fairy chimneys in the town centre and of course the hot air balloons. Highly recommended ❤️

Air conditioning not the greatest especially in the heat of summer but it helped somewhat.

Closeness to central town. Also quiet area with a swimming pool. Staff were all very friendly and gave good advice about tours etc. the waiter was very friendly also. Even k ew how like my cup of tea perfectly.

The smell coming from the bathroom pipes was at moment not pleasent

Breakfast was good. Hassan was very courteous and remembered our names. We looked forward to his smiles and hospitality. Our room was comfortable and they upgraded us at no cost. It was decorated with baloons because it was my husband's birthday and the Hot air balloon was the most beautiful ever ...it was on our wish list. The location was amazing. We walked to the shops and was able to access the souvenirs I wanted to buy. The most exhilarating feeling was to see the hot air balloons from the hotel terrace. You could see the hundreds of them flying about. ...Jilal and Hilal and the staff was ever willing to assist with anything. Cappadocia was thr most interesting holiday I ever experienced. ...amazing history. The hotel was clean and neat and we were very happy we chose this hotel.. Thank you to the beautiful team

Our room had no hooks to hang up our towels but this can be easily fixed.

We stayed at the hotel for one night however due to flight timings arrived very early and left well after check out. The staff could not have been anymore accommodating. In all the hotels we have stayed (both within Türkiye and within other countries) the staff were the friendliest we have ever come across. All staff were incredibly hospitable, polite and knowledgeable and provided us with a wealth of information both prior to our stay via messages and during our stay. The hotel itself is in a perfect location and is a mix of both modern facilities and authentic Turkish features. The room was clean, comfortable and inviting, we didn’t make use of the jacuzzi bath which was a shame! The breakfast was amazing and the views from the top floors were an added bonus when enjoying breakfast. The pool area was perfect as it offered both sun and shady areas. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay on the area as it is incredibly good value for money. Thank very much once again to all staff at the Grand Cappadocia Hotel

The air con was weak... only negative!

Location was fantastic. Staff were super! Rooms were unique. Breakfast was tasty. You could watch the hot air balloons from your bedroom window! Magical!!

We had an amazing stay , staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is central to restaurant and shops . Rooms were big and the pool was refreshing on a hot day . View from hotel was beautiful, saw the balloons from rooftop terrace .

Great accommodation. The hotel has a good structure, 24 hour service, a great pool, breakfast and staff. I will miss it. Plus the hotel organized a great tour with hot air balloons. I had a great time here! Thank you very much to the whole team of the hotel!

The staff were amazing! They helped us book our hot air balloon experience when our first booking was cancelled. They ensured our stay was comfortable and relaxing. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had. The location was fantastic and in walking distance to everything you need. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned everyday. The pool area was so relaxing and beautiful, as well as the roof top where we had breakfast each morning and watched the balloons overhead.

Really nothing. Shower curtain would stop water getting out of the shower - but no big deal. Shower was big and water powerful and hot

Great location, short level walk to the town centre. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Staff were really helpful with any questions and helped with bookings and advice on the area. Breakfast was excellent. Really don’t know how anyone could complain. Super terrace to watch the balloons in the morning. Excellent value for money.

We loved everything about our stay! Perfect location walking distance from the main town. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were super spacious and clean. Gorgeous hotel would 100% recommend.

Absence of hangers, hooks to hang clothes and some more wardrobe space

We had the suite which was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious. An only improvement required in the room is more hooks and hangers for clothes. The breakfast was sumptuous

The mattress and pillows were a bit too firm for me, and I slept very poorly.

I liked the room and the view. Everything was of high quality and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The in-room toiletries were also of good quality. The staff was very helpful and attentive – they suggested many local activities and even arranged a car rental for us.
