I could hear people talking in their rooms late into the night. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel but I could have done without it.

Double Bed is on the one corner of the room. AC is directly over the bed . Directly blowing. When I stop blowing room is hot . Couldn't get a good sleep. Tea/ coffee sachets only on arrival. Not provided for other days. No close by shop to buy Very narrow room. No laggage space. Narrow walking space

While we had a breakfast most of the staff not friendly. I literally saw an employee pushing a customer away asking her not to take the food away. It was so embarrassing for the customer and an inappropriate behavior. Also in description says the hotel provide shuttle to the hotel which this is not true.

The breakfast was great, great variety of food. House keeper are great. The location more than convenient where attractions nearby.

One of the staff operating the spa was very rude and kept shouting at us for making a little bit of noise. Also, for some reason, he kept asking us to wear a swim cap and was giving this for free to other people but randomly asked us to pay 60TL for one.

The internet doesn’t work well in the rooms but you can sit in the lobby and use it.

It’s a good location. Close to the tram that takes you all over. The staff is super helpful and very nice. Just for the customer service one should want to stay here. It was.

Very bad wi-fi in the room but in the lobby I could access fast wi-fi. Maybe they should also include more options like pastries for breakfast, hot drinks like cappuccino and hot chocolate.

I liked the warm welcome from the reception staff especially the lady in the afternoon who was lovely.

Firstly, the location was ideally situated. Easy commute to all the major attractions. The hotel was very good value for money and perfect for families. The staff were very helpful, especially Sefa and Furqan who were always happy to help. Would definitely come back

Nothing much to hate, everyone did their best.

I arrived late from airport, was received well with an older man, very respectful. The rooms are comfortable. I love the beauty spa, great service from Mustaffa and team as well. The manager on duty that week allowed to me check out late, appreciated that , as I was going to the airport that day. sorry cant find where i wrote the names.

The rooms are small, with a tiny bathroom. The place also needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The hallway is noisy. Sometimes you can hear conversations from two or three rooms away due to the way the hotel was built.

The property was located in a street which close from morning till 9 pm , so if you have privet or rental car you can’t get access , we had to walk with all the luggage from a far distant, so disappointing , it was extremely crowded outside , and the facilities like the pool are not as big as it show in the pictures as there is mirrors which give you false details . Spa team were not friendly with the kids !!! They only care if you want to spend money on massage etc.. not enough towels for a 4 star hotel .. good for work only not for family holiday .

Elevators were not working multiple times. Hotels shows pool but you have to pay to get there. Not worth 4 star Refused my credit card (not sure why)

We booked room with double bed but they gave us triple single beds room although they changed it next day. Bathroom was very small and staff was good but with very dry response
