The room's soundproofing is not good, even with the doors closed we could here the loud music from the night's event, the same for guests walking and talking on the corridor. The overall hotels cleaning is really good, but the pool bar cleaning must be improved as you can see dirty glass over the counter along the day.

The food has a great variety and really tasty, every night the hotel had different programs and my kids really enjoyed. The hotel staff was always ready to make our stay great.

front desk - very unfriendly while checking in. - PAID EXTRA 300$ ( cash) for an extra room, even though we booked for 4 people 2 adults 2 teens on booking.

On the booking page one can see a seafood abundance. In reality the choice of proteins is quite limited and repetitive. Normally there’s just one type of fish, which I suppose is the cheaper one. Meats are also quite basic. Generally the food choice is rather limited compared to other hotels of the same price segment on that coast

The service staff is nice and helpful. Waiters and maids really do their best to make the stay comfortable

One day i had to ask to clean the room 3 times, but they didnt clean it, even though the button was green and the room was open for cleaning. The kids machines next to the gameroom are out of order. I wish they were working. The lunch hours 12:30-14:00 was not very convenient for families with kids as they sleep during this time.

I liked that it was compact, the hotel is very close to the sea and its very comfy for the kids. The room is spacious again great for the kid, and the food is great! The staff at kids gameroom was very nice.

inside pool was closed😞 last few days. we had booked room 4132, 4138 and 7152. In 7152 , the housekeeping didnt give us bathroom stuff, like shampoo, body lotion and soap. Only at the first 2 days they had gave us. We was on “dont disturb “ even this they came in the room!

Lot’s of russians - shouting and smoking (even in the kids show) nobody deal with them… Photographer is very arrogant. In the nightclub mainly russian music…? Why? IRISH Pub - name is totally wrong. There is nothing irish.. Pics on the walls: Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, E.Clapton etc. irish…?😀 Drinks: NOTHING irish even whiskey is scottish, not talking about Guinness beer..Music coming from nice bartender’s phone (!) - turkish or russian…

We had family 10, including kids(2). Exceptional good service, friendly stuff! Great food (icecream, wafels…😋)and some import alcohol (not wine). Nice clean rooms and we liked that beach and pool area were nearby. Really good entertainment team and evening shows. Norm gym.

The property has wonderful architecture and the building is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the view is lovely.

The lack of functioning air conditioning in our room was disappointing, especially given the hot weather in Turkey. It would have been helpful if the resort had provided clearer communication about any issues or maintenance issues prior to our arrival or at check-in. We felt that some of the activity coordinators could improve in maintaining a more professional demeanor during interactions with guests.

The staff provided exceptional service. The all-inclusive amenities, relaxing atmosphere, and abundance of entertainment options made for an unforgettable experience. Additionally, the culinary experience exceeded our expectations with a wide array of delicious options available. Overall, it exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return in the future!

Everything was good ,except the lifts(elevator) numbers. We had to wait it for a long time day by day(we got a room on the 7th floor). But it was not a big deal...I had time :)

That is one of the best Hotel I've ever been! Nice stuff, delicious food, good entertainment, clean everywhere! Nice beach,with a good bar.(thanks to Mustafa,and the others)
