The location is perfect for walking and has some nice areas to take some nice pictures. Also the terrace is perfect for watching hot air balloons go up

Khan was the most excellent, thoughtful and considerate manager. The breakfast was excellent as were the ladies who presented the food. The common areas had spectaculour views and the rooms were well furnished. We got the breakfast times wrong and the staff were so kind at accomodating us. However, I was disappointed that despite requesting three rooms instead of four weeks in advance (and being reassured this would be accommodated), our family was still split between rooms. I would also recommend doing your own research for hot air balloon rides, as the quote we received through the hotel was around €70 higher per person than what we found with another tour company. Please also provide shower gels!

Goreme Palace Suites is a beautiful hotel with a warm, homely vibe. The cave and stone rooms are stunning, and the location is excellent. The balcony offers fantastic hot air balloon views in the morning, though it could use a little makeover—it has so much potential to be even better. Mucahit has been a wonderful and hospitable host. We truly appreciated him arranging our airport transfer and personally dropping us off by taxi—such a kind gesture.

A beautifully done cave hotel close to the centre of Goreme, so plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The owners are fabulous people who genuinely appear keen to make your stay comfortable. Mudrahid made sure we had a safe location to leave our car and took time to explain the balloon trips and gave excellent advice. For example, he advised we do the balloon next day as often are cancelled and checking the weather forecast predicted if we left it we would be disappointed, and he was exactly right, he booked us onto an excellent operator for next day (even though they were officially fully booked) and sure enough the two days after were cancelled. The operator they use only have fully qualified pilots (no students) and wait for others to get in the air first so they can assess the wind direction, also the early take offs go up in the pitch dark so you don't see any view. Trust his advice. Beds were comfy and breakfast excellent, we had a really decent shower and spa bath in our room The rooftop view is full 360 degrees unlike many other places close to town.

The bedding (pillows and comforters) could use an update - they are a bit lumpy. Some of the common spaces need a bit of refreshing (rooftop furniture/cushions...). There are two dogs on sight - this isn't necessarily a bad thing but it is something to be aware of depending upon your view of dogs.

Cute hotel with "cave" rooms. Excellent shower and comfy beds. Nice and cool but not damp. Good breakfast and a rooftop terrace with a great view. Very welcoming hosts! Note that if you stay in a cave room, you will have a bit of dust etc. falling down from the ceiling.

I got the fully service from Khan, who is an amazing person. At the beginning, I really wanted to go for hot balloon tour on the 2nd day, but Khan tried to convince me to go for the first day. I listened to him and then the 2nd day was cancelled. He helped me a lot. If you are supported by Khan, your trip will be crazy amazing. thank you Khan and all other staffs of this hotel.

We had a great experience during our stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. Khan was incredibly helpful with planning our trip — he gave us excellent recommendations and even helped us book activities at better prices than those we found online. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh and tasty options. But the highlight was definitely the view! The two terraces offer the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and see the hot air balloons in the distance — and sometimes even flying right above the terrace. A magical experience overall. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, it was very close to Goreme downtown so we could easily walk. The breakfast spread was amazing! There was also a rooftop from where you could see the Cappadocia skyline. I could book all the activities through the hotel reception so that was very convenient. They also have 2 very cute dogs on property which was an added bonus for us.
