The staff was excellent. They made all our dinner reservations. So wonderful. All the suggestions were exceptional. The property had the best view from their rooftop patio. Beds comfortable! Definitely will go back.

The hotel doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, but we were aware of that before booking. Honestly, it wasn’t an issue at all—there are countless restaurants and cafés just steps away from the hotel. The location is extremely central, and I’d gladly trade having an in-house restaurant for the overall high standards and quality of the hotel.

There are two separate hotels with similar names, so be careful not to confuse this one with the other. This hotel is absolutely immaculate and stands out for all the right reasons. - As soon as exited the taxi, the hotel staff greeted us and took our suitcases - They gave us complimentary drinks and snacks - Hospitality was excellent; every staff member was friendly, welcoming and polite. Utkan assisted us with getting around and he was very helpful. - They attended to all our needs, they even ordered our takeaway and brought it to our rooms! - Attention to detail is amazing - The level of service is excellent -The room was super clean and spacious. We felt at ease and comfortable as soon as we arrived. We would like to thank all of the staff at Golden Horn Bosphorus for making us feel so welcome for our first trip to Istanbul.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding; the staff were courteous and attentive from check in to check out, they would advise us where to go, help us with travel plans, dinner plans, recommendations etc. They were always happy to give you tea/drinks at any hour of the day. The hotel was clean and my room was comfortable and spacious. Location is amazing, everything is walking distance and it's quiet during the evenings. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going Istanbul and will definitely be back again!

Utkan, Majd and the whole team treated my friends and I so well. We felt so welcome and taken care of every day of our stay. They gave us incredible recommendations and brought us coffee and arranged airport travel. Could not recommend this hotel staff more. The hotel itself was so beautiful, clean, quiet, and a perfect location, close to public transportation but also walkable. The view from our hotel room was amazing and the rooftop view was breath taking.

I wish the hotel was taller so we had an even better view of the bosphorus and the otherside of the golden horn.

Utkan is an incredibly helpful concierge! The attentiveness of the entire staff is remarkable. The room is very clean and comfortable with all new decor and furniture. It's lovely having tea in the lobby. The location is very good for visiting sultanahmet and the nearby streets are charming.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, thanks largely to the amazing staff. A special mention goes to Rasit, Majd, Ali, and Utkan, who were consistently friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. What stood out most is that their support went far beyond typical hotel services. They not only ensured that my stay was comfortable, but also went out of their way to assist with things not directly related to the hotel—like giving great advice on where to go in Istanbul, what to see, and even the best places to eat. Their local knowledge and willingness to help made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that truly cares about guests’ experiences both inside and outside the hotel.
