Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe lights in my room didn't fully turn off, rather, they just faded away but they still were turned on. This made it slightly hard to sleep. The door also didn't lock properly - it is accessed using a key card, but there's no physical way to lock the door so that nobody can enter while I was inside.
The room is very spacious, and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, so I didn't keep on getting the same things I did for the three days I stayed here. The location is also great, as it's located in the part of Adana that has plenty of interesting restaurants.

LuxembourgThe overall evaluation was not as good ad the comments above (what I liked) since there are some aspect that the management has to absolutely take care of: - The staff MUST be able to speak in English language, not by using translating apps. It is not enough for a 4 star hotel - The air conditioning machines in the guest rooms are too noisy and force guests to switch it off (and then suffering hot climate) or to try to sleep with this noise; - The room cleaning MUST be done EVERY day (I had to insist with the concierge and my colleagues never found the room cleaned or towels changed) - It is not acceptable that two of the rooms were not available with the door key (a card). To check the availability every day. We populated the hotel with 11 guests, so the stress test has been done.
The hotel is very well placed in the lively center town of Adana. It is just a step away from the hub of nightlife and lots of small restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful. The quality / price is very high, by considering that it is classified as a four star and the price we paid was very reasonable. The hotel has a underground parking for about 4 vehicle but sufficient for parking the car in the busy center of Adana without hassles. A suitable meeting room is available for the guests.

TurkeyIt wasnt a big problem, but a few items in the room werent very high quality, like our towel holder was missing a screw and fell when we tried to put our towels on it.
Staff was friendly, we had no problem with late check-ins, rooms were comfortable and had enough space. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, had a lot of different food we can try.
