Hotel situated inside multiple shopping streets for people who are traders. You can't have a nice walk around, unless you take a train to the Old town.

The shower area was very small. Nowhere to place the luggage. the AC did not keep the room temperature desired.

The breakfast was excellent. View from the breakfast restaurant was unique. Receptionists were very helpful. The window had insect screen. When asking for a chair we were immediately provided with a luggage stand. When asking for extra pillows, these too were promptly provided. Towels were clean and soft.

Some of the rooms are really small, there is just the bed and a small space around. We had room 1710 on the top floor and it was really crammed, there was a smell coming from the bathroom that just didn't go away even if we kept the window open for 3 days. Not much room for clothes and luggage.

The rooms are really clean, the bed is comfortable, breakfast was OK (it's the same every day but there are plenty of choices). The staff was nice and helpful, not all of them speak English but we got along just fine. The location is good. It's close to the grand bazaar and the centre of the city. We walked to all the major attractions.

Poor quality breakfast. 7th floor is noisy (under the kitchen). Rooms aren`t like on the pictures. Not everyone can speak English well.

It is quite nearby to the great bazar, everything is 20-25min by walk. Easy to get there with bus(from the airport).(bus stop is 1km). Clean room. Acceptable wifi. Good room service/staf. Good air-conditioning. Good Price-value rate.

The room is not isolated well I am very disturbed by the neighbors room. The neighbors room was an Arabic couple and when they called it was very loud and talking also like someone fighting and shouting until midnight 1am and more.

The room is very clean and the hotel is close to the many attractions place like Hagia Sophia by walking 20 minutes, Grand Bazar walking 10 minutes.

Hotel had everything one needs, comfortable beds, good shower, hangers for clothes, refrigerator. Great breakfast with the view! As a solo traveller I felt very safe, place is easy to reach and in a lively area.

It was very loud throughout the night. Shouting from numerous street shops, car drivers listening to the music on full volume, the goods being unloaded in the night, etc.

The neighborhood itself makes you feel that you are in the middle of a marketplace in the nineties, but otherwise it is very well situated. The airport express is 15 minutes away on foot, several major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast is served on a top floor, and you can see the sea through large windows. It was very nice.

Bathroom in our room was small with ceiling lower than normal (than the ceiling in the room) which was weird. If you’re waking up early that’s perfect because in the morning when cleaning personnel start cleaning (7:30-9:00-ish) they’re very loud and you can hear whole conversations they’re having on their walkie-talkie like radio, doors are not soundproof.

Location was good, both metro and tramvay station were very close, breakfast was good and view from the restaurant was nice.

No personal iron, you would have to go all the way to the basement to let the worker iron your clothes. Many of the workers do not speak English, so you might have to learn Turkish. Wifi is hella bad, and AC was not working properly.

I liked the service, breakfast, and clearness of the room. It is located at a decent spot because there are not so many uphills around the area.

We had a problem with the air conditioning it was not working properly and the weather was so hot. But the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the location is excellent.

The rooms were a bit small but I recommend you ask for the first room in each floor its way bigger and spacious, also the lighting was white which made the rooms not comfy and feel like a hospital.

It was near vezneciler metro station so it was easy to transport to diff locations , the breakfast was exceptional and staff were really helpful also the bidet was powerful and worked greatly.

Breakfast is the same everyday. They don't serve drinking water on the arrival like other hotels do. Some staff members aren't welcoming.
