Booked All Inclusive but the food options for lunch were poor. Non-alcoholic drink options were really poor and a real shame since it's a Muslim country. There should be some mocktail options.

Worn down corridors where rooms were. Spa staff hassling customers everyday. No ficilities were open, teeth whitening,hair dressers,doctor etc, table tennis,night club.

Staff was not great in speaking English. They knew about food intolerances but did not try to substitute any food you could not have. So if one day, there wasn't a lot of gluten-free food, you had no other option. The resort is a bit isolated, so if you want to explore the town, this is a bit far. Even though there was a shuttle bus that brought you to the beach.

The resort had a beautiful view, and the reception was very helpful and kind. The resort has all the facilities you need and offers an array of activities.

We stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms , friendly staff at reception special thanks to Gorkem and Selin , it was a smooth check-in , one room out of 2 were upgraded for free , location is good in mountains, 5 minutes away from oludeniz beach , food was plenty and quite Delicious , we enjoyed over all stay , many pools and slides for children . We would recommend

The beach is far away, and it doesn't make sense to walk there. The hotel runs a minibus to the beach once a day in the morning and once in the afternoon. I don't think that's enough. They have their own section of beach with free parasols and sun loungers. That's good. However, it's in a place where neither the view nor the water is ideal. And you have to pay for everything, which isn't cheap. The public beach is much nicer and the view from there is beautiful. And this is the only place where you can really swim. Only small children can splash around on the private beach. The hotel has a rather poor selection of drinks, and there aren't many soft drinks. No real orange juice. Ice cream is only available during snack time. There are no currency exchange facilities at the hotel. There is no ATM either. The refrigerator in the room is in a cupboard and is not stocked with drinks, as is customary in other ultra all-inclusive places. The refrigerator only works when the card is in the wall slot. This means that when we leave, there is nothing available.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were plentiful and varied. Vegetables, salads, and cheeses were particularly noteworthy. Meat was less abundant than usual. The menu seemed to be tailored mainly to British guests, even though there appeared to be many Turkish and Chinese guests staying at the hotel.

I was very nervous about this hotel after reading so many poor reviews! We had a great time. The room was immaculate, fresh towels every day. The location of the hotel was a great balance of peace but access to everything needed.

The hotel staff were amazing and the Hotel was very well looked after, i arrived early and they sorted me room without any fuss . I had perfect WI-FI where every i was in the hotel and grounds which was great for me keeping an eye on work . the location is great with lots of options of things to see and do locally , there is a free transfer every morning between 10 & 10.30 which takes you to the beach it also picks up i think around 4pm. there is also a button on the desk which you can press and a taxi will come to pick you up which was handy. The food was good but i'd say could do with more choice but one thing i did like and I've never seen before is they had Hp brown sauce and BBQ which wasn't some cheap knock off it was the real thing. I've been honest with my review and would recommend this hotel , i would like to add something which needs improving rather than i didn't like . First the rooms we're very clean but could do with a little TLC to freshen them up . all in all i'd say the hotel is 4* with a 5* service

The food was really good but some of them were not tasty...and they needed an info sign to know it's proper to you or not...air conditioner was not good ... it took 3 hours to decrease temperature to a reasonable degree

The music was very loud at night, but not too loud every night. There was mould in the shower of my first room and it was in a very noisy area, even though I had emailed and asked to be put in a quiet area.

The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. They moved me to a much better room after initially being given an awful room - I loved my room, the balcony and the view. All the staff were friendly and warm. The food choice was good for the price I paid.

They should shut down/ condemn the Spa I've never seen a facility like this in such a poor state of repair It looked like a building site. Sauna and Steam room were filthy, holes in the ceiling. Glass panels leaning against the wall,tiles missing in pools, jacuzzi was just a tub of cold water with tiles missing, not hot and no bubbles. In the UK health and safety would have shut the spa down. Shame because if it didn't have a spa I wouldn't mind but to advertise that it has a spa is ridiculous. A guy was trying to sell massages which I would normally like but in no way would I consider going in the Spa area again.

Staff nice. Helpful, clean, pools clean but very cold but expected for time year. Food good but I'm not a big fan of buffet food so mixed it up with visits to local restraunts. Very good value for money and despite my negative comments about the Spa I would go again at the price I paid.

Poor quality of food and fruit choice are only apples and orange. The place is very basic and needs renovation. Definitely, it's not a 5-star hotel.

Location js super nice. The price inclusive breakfast is unbeatable (24 euro). I had a spacious room with balcony overlooking the sea. It was quiet and tranquil.

Hotel needs a revamp. For a 5 star it did not meet criteria. The gym was awful and the hotel houses a sauna and indoor pool with a jacuzzi. However the indoor pool was freezing as well as the jacuzzi and to top it off the place you should feel relaxed the most was filthy and run down.rooms need a upgrading with comfort and the food was not overly great.

The hotel is in a great location with fantastic views and the best of staff. Very kind and welcoming with had a really nice 7 days here and we loved every single day. The manager is by far the best we have met and seen and extremely helpful.

The whole place needs some love especially in the spa, gym and indoor pool area. Broken equipment, missing window in pool area. Decor all very tired

It was nice to be out of the main tourist area and so pretty set into the mountain. The free beach shuttle was great. The staff were all lovely. Good was what you get an all inclusive.

Our bathroom felt a little bit unhygienic with mouldy silicon, which could be easily fixed. We would also like to have more fruit options available in the restaurant, especially because oranges were very sour.

There was nice selection of food in the restaurant especially in the evening and the service was great. We've enjoyed Spa with turkish baths and massage, which we highly recommend.

The fitness/spa inside need to be renovated asap - sad but true (pools outside look good). That's all.

It wasn't a high season, so the price was very good. The staff was very friendly, and our mountain view room was upgraded to the sea view one without any extra payments - so, thanks a lot! The room wasn't freshly renovated (and yes, a DVD player was there :)), but bed linen and towels were new, and the room was extremely clean. The territory is great, the restaurant is good indeed and looks promising even in low season.

Second time in this fantastic hotel, with amazing views! Absolutely beautiful we love this hotel, the only thing I could criticise is the all inclusive drinks, very cheap makes, didn't find anything I really liked but the views from this hotel make up for that, we like walking so the hotel was ideal for us, but it's a bit out of the way and you need taxi's to get anywhere.
