WIFI is connecting and disconnecting! I was there 3 days and every 3 days in some few minutes connection has lost! Although was non smoking room, but whole of night the neighbours smoked and I feel it in my room! Unfortunately staff was not able to speak English!

Although the room was comfortable, it is was a bit small.

The place is excellent for overnight stay. The bed was really comfortable and enabled us to get good rest, after a day of long drive. We can recommend this place without hesitation. Breakfast is very good.

Night club near the hotel with bass music. Its need to use earplugs for sleeping. Very expensive for winter season.

The rooms have a strong smell of cigarettes. The pillows are very uncomfortable. At night you can hear music from the night club until 3am. Also, the soundproofing is poor and you can hear your neighbors. There were cigarette holes on the sofa.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Forum Suite Otel in Mersin. To begin with, we were not given the room we had booked and had to rely on the photos on the platform to prove their mistake. Although they eventually changed our room the next day, this caused unnecessary hassle as we had to unpack, repack, and unpack again. The second night was even worse. At 4 a.m., someone entered our room using a key. My husband immediately jumped up and chased after them, but they fled in a hurry. When we reported the incident to reception the following morning, we were told they were already aware of the situation and had mistakenly given a key to our room to someone else. Also, the spa was completely underused, at least during our stay, and the gym smelled of mold and lacked proper ventilation, making it essentially unusable. As a result, these advertised amenities were virtually non-existent. This experience left us feeling that the hotel lacked both honesty and basic security measures.

We were so disappointed by our stay at Forum Suite Otel in Mersin that it’s difficult to find anything we genuinely liked about the experience.

This was likely our own fault, as we didn't think to check - but we wish that we knew/realised this was a smoking floor. The entire time we were there it felt as though someone was standing in our room chain-smoking and the smell was awful. Something to note for any non-smokers out there!

The staff were excellent! So helpful and informative, they definitely made our stay so much easier. The breakfast was really nice, and being able to sit in the rooftop restaurant is lovely.

Smoking in the hotel rooms - the whole floor smelled like smoke (although we asked to change rooms and they did this within 5 minutes!) It’s not really made for families although we rented two rooms at a reasonable price

The property is amazingly situated right next to the forum mall. Literally so accessible. Only 15 minutes drive from Marina. Breakfast was a buffet style with a good selection although nothing special The staff went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of - I’m not sure of the staff’s names in particular but two men who worked at the front were so good! So helpful! They provided good sized cot beds

Everyone smokes everywhere. If you don’t like smoke, avoid this hotel. Very very loud neighborhood until 4am, daily party below the hotel. Not family friendly. Doors and walls are very thin, so you can hear other guests from other rooms and floors.

Female Receptionst not welcoming at all , i asked for two room key cards they only provide one ! i asked for extra bathtowel next day , they told us you are already have two while we were 3 person. Very poor breakfast.

The location of the hotel beside forum mall, the manager of the night club Mr. Okan is very nice guy, all the team down in the club provide good service.

Sleeping was continuously disturbed by the night club under the hotel, that was incredibly noisy till the morning. People around the hotel and some guests were careless about others in the area.

Excellent location right in the centre close by the seaside. Breakfast met all required standards and the staff was just very hospital, kind and friendly.

Excellent hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially the gentleman who greeted us and took our bags to our rooms. Great location for the centre. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Strong smell of smoking in the room. The smell comes from the air conditioning system, so it is very difficult to avoid it. Smoking smell also in the whole corridors and stairs. Rooms are noisy as well. You can hear your neighbors very clearly :-( After we claimed the smoking smell we got an alternative and bigger room, which had a window to the court. This helped but nevertheless we cannot recommend the hotel to non-smokers.

This hotel was clean and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are very helpful. The location is in the centre of everything. The staff helped get us a taxi back to the airport. All prices were reasonable. Really enjoyed myself.

There is a club on floor -1 and the sound proof is terrible. You can hear everything happening in the building. Water pipe, people closing door, walking up and down, shouting around the building. I am on the first floor so maybe upper will be better

Close to the coast and shuttle bus to adana airport (from mersin forum). The staff is super friendly and helpful.

However, somedays nearby Cabare Club makes some anxiety. Loud music plays until 3am. It is not agreeably especially if you need to work next day.

Hotel locates in great place: not far from shopping mall and the coast. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes. Mersin is a nice city and the hotel can afford you great opportunity to get acquainted with it.
