didn't understand their towel policy. they dont provide towels for the pool!.

the hotel is in a quiet location in oludeniz but alsoi not far \from the wlaking street and beach/ the hotel design is very beautiful and photogenic. beautiful pool and bar area.

Staff behaviour i dint like it at all.

The property location & beauty was very nice. The hotel ambiance was mesmerising❤️ .i would must recommend for Leisure and relaxation Holidays . Staff was not up to the mark . No Internet facilities 👈🏻 wifi doesn’t work .Breakfast was healthy and definitely worth it 👍

The rooms and toiletteries were basic. The staff was too rigid and refused to give us an extra bed sheet because we thought the blanket provided was too hot

The pool and common area

We had a room on the very top floor so was quite tiring in the heat walking up the stairs whenever we went to the room. There were no toilets near the pool area that people could use instead of going back to their rooms, a toilet around the pool / bar area would be nice.

The decor and surroundings were excellent, really made you feel like you were on holiday. The location is also very good, short walk to the beach and main strip but not too close so was not too noisy late at night. Rooms were excellent, very clean and rooms were refreshed and cleaned every day. Pool was very nice and had a good atmosphere. The Spa was excellent, me and my Wife loved the Turkish bath and Thai massage.

Mattresses are hard and there was very strong sewege smell in the bathroom.

The hotel territory is very nice and cozy, staff is friendly, good breakfasts, perfect location.

I didn't like that we were not provided with pool towels, staff wasn't helpful when we asked them about towels and they directed us to shop, we had to purchase the towels which is kind of ridiculous when there are 2 pools for hotel guests and a Spa. That is the only downside to our stay.

Wifi was dropping off constantly. The location advertised on the map is misleading. Property location is advertised much closer to beach on booking.com but it’s at the far end of the town which is a 20 min walk

WiFi was extremely weak in our room. We had to go outside to connect. Also recommend to bring your own beach towels since there’s non at pool area.

Very beautiful and peaceful hotel. It has 2 big pool and loads of sun beds. I loved the Mountain View from the pool. Lovely restaurant and a bar outside. Breakfast was great and they changed menu everyday. We had few drinks at the bar and there’s lovely gentleman called Sefa. He made great cocktails. Everyone was friendly. I saw staff going around and talking to kids during breakfast and even holding babies so parents could eat. The location was perfect. 10-15min to the restaurants and beach. I loved how peaceful it was. No loud music, very relaxing atmosphere.

The WiFi reception was terrible.

The hotel was picturesque and very uniquely designed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious.

The cleaning services weren’t really good. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Also, no toiletries were provided at the sink except 1 time soap without any renewal.

Rooms are outdated and not very clean. Everyday cleaning was good but the rooms need deep cleaning ie mould in the shower cabin, not very clean basin and toilet.

Check-in delayed by more than an hour , no apologies. Family room not spacious at all. It looked like another bed had been added in.

They don’t provide towels for the pool, on checkout no one will help u to hold ur luggage u should get it by yourself.

Hotel is vey clean, easy access to the beach, nearby restaurants, bars, shops. Breakfast Buffet is delicious, food in the hotel is so delicious with good value. Staff is so friendly and welcoming

the food was not great, we ordered a fajita and it was not good, we also ordered chicken fingers and they were cold inside (undercooked). the breakfast buffet was ok but need a bit more meat options such as sausage or cold cuts.

rustic chic design was great. 2 lovely swimming pools plus a private one foe bungalow guests (not for us). there is an in-house spa with a great list of treatments. there were in-house colourful pet birds which were lovely.

The Wi-Fi was poor in the room

It had two swimming pools and lots of areas to sit. It was a very relaxing and calm hotel without being pretentious.

Great rooms. Away enough from the beach that you had no sound pollution at night and could therefore sleep. Only slight walk to all the shops and beach. Definitely a good compromise.

No free water refill, the wifi in our room didn't work at all, you have to be in the lobby to use it, the location isn't perfect, you have to walk for 15 minutes to the beach, breakfast is diverse but average.

The hotel is pretty nice in terms of design and atmosphere, you can take cool pictures inside and spend some relaxing time at the pool, which is perfectly clean, comfortable and beautiful. The stuff is also friendly and helpful. The room was also clean, minimal, and spacious, with an iconic view of the pool from the balcony.
