Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaGreat location, walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Close to restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was sufficient (Turkish style), and it was ideal to arrange airport shuttle from the hotel. For a big group, the room is sufficient but not too big. It's enough if you're there for a handful of days and spending most of your time exploring (which we did). I appreciated Ayvaz and his team looking after us with directions, tips and advice on public transport. You can also store your luggage with them.

The property is very close to Sultanahmet, where you have most if the old attractions. Only by 10 minutes walk you can get tram T1 which connects you to other touristy places in Istanbul. The staff was amazing and very caring. They would give suggestions and help us with everything. I would highly suggest this place to everyone.

First of all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. The location is great, very close to the city centre, 7 to 10 minutes on foot. A shop with fruits and juices is located on the ground floor of the hotel, a lot of restaurants to choose from.
