On the other hand, I had a less positive experience with the man at the reception. When I asked about booking a tour and tried to negotiate, his behavior was rude and he did not seem to have good communication skills, which was disappointing. In terms of facilities, there is no air condition, only a fan, and the bed was not very comfortable. And it can get noisy when people are in the hall.

The location is excellent very convenient and easy to get around. You can see the balloons from terrace. I especially want to highlight the lady at the reception, who was extremely nice, polite, and professional. I had an issue with my flight, and she was very patient, stayed in touch with me by chat, and even arranged the shuttle bus from the airport to the house. Her kindness and professionalism really made my stay much easier and more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Very kind staff and perfect position both for every excursions in the area and in order to go to the city centre, that is so close. A reference point for all the celiac people because one member of the owner family is intolerant to gluten, so they are absolutely skilled on the problem and could provide a gluten free breakfast on demand.

1. there are 4 windows in the room which make room very ventilated. plus, it is a sunny room 2. there is a great terrace where you can enjoy a good view anytime 3. i like bread, fruit and coffee provided in breakfast (especially bread) 4. very kindly booked red tour and hot ballon for us. these are really unforgetable experiences in goreme town

Negatives: * WiFi does not work at all on the ground floor, you might get 2 seconds and then it’ll cut out * Couple are very stoic and standoffish. However, this is potentially due to their reserved cultural and nothing to do with them being intentionally rude but it came across that way * Terrace is closed early in the mornings so you can’t see the hot air balloons but nevertheless a nice terrace * Ground floor smells like old fabric/closet

Wi-fi was very spotty. The blinds weren't strong enough to block the sunlight in the morning.

The owners really helped us organise our trip (balloon flight, tours, shuttle to and from the airport), which made the whole trip a lot easier. They have a great balcony where we had our breakfast overlooking a beautiful view. Breakfast is buffet style and was very good.

The rooftop terrace has a lovely view of Goreme and the hot air balloons in the morning The location is very convenient, close to the bus station, a bakery, grocery and town center, but a block or so back so it’s quiet . Myna was very helpful , lovely, and kind and helped me decide what to do etc. (Her husband did appear cranky ;) Breakfast was served upstairs and was a nice start to the day .

Emre's guesthouse was a lovely stay in Goreme. The family were amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast and was great. Balcony had AMAZING views of goreme where you can eat breakfast. Location was very central but away from main road. Close to grocery store. Would highly recommend staying here.
