Housekeeping wasn't great, it wasn't clear what thr cut off point was for them to clean the room and they were extremely loud in the mornings cleaning the hallway. The balcony doors were very good but unfortunately if you're on the sides near the bars it can be well into the early hours before you can grt to sleep as they're obnoxiously loud and mostly empty so might be a nice touch to add ear plugs to the rooms.

Location is very central and so close to the beach. There are 3 nights of entertainment a week. The offering of drinks is good and the snack bar did delicious pizzas and fried chicken. The Asian themed night was so varied and so much choice for a vegetarian.

My second time visiting, first time in 2021. It was not as clean as I remembered previously.

It is in a great location and I enjoyed the swimming pool area, the snack bar was great and the coffee shop. Beyza from guest relations and Sebastian from excursions were great. Any time we needed anything, always promptly responding via WhatsApp, even after the vacation which is awesome and a great touch. We booked one excursion for 2 people, but we had to cancel one person and they refunded straight away, no questions asked. Very much appreciated that.

I was happy with my stay, my only suggestion is that our room could use an update. There were some minor wear and tear.

The hotel is beautiful, the lobby area has lovely decor and water features. The staff were all lovely and I felt very comfortable speaking to them. The location was stunning -near the beach and lots of activities such as water sports. There were plenty of excursions available at a reasonable price. The food was good and not repeated, so we had a different meal each time (except breakfast, of course). The snack bar food was delicious, even the ice cream. We actually made good bonds with a few staff, especially the bar staff that works in the evenings I believe his name is Orhan. Such great aura and very friendly. The facilities were always clean even the shared spaces.

Our room was on the street side so we had lots of music from bars until 1-2 am The mattress on the bed was too firm/hard for us. The bedroom doors make too much (loud) noise when closed. Very annoying in the late evening and early morning. The walls from the rooms do not isolate enough all the noises from neighbouring rooms and hallway.

The first night they gave us a room facing another building when I clearly booked a sea view room. They rectified this issue the following day. The hotel doesn't have quilts in the rooms. They have extremely thin blankets that are thinner than paper and had to request thicker blankets to which they struggled to source, but eventually provided.

All food and drinks were inclusive so you didn't have to leave the hotel to eat. They have a gym and spa downstairs and also a hairdresser. We enjoyed a very relaxing Turkish bath with a massage. The sea view with mountains from our room was absolutely breathtaking! We also loved that it was right in front of the beach and they let you take beach towels from the hotel. The staff were very helpful in catering our every need. Such lovely people working at the hotel. At the beach you have sources for SO MUCH ACTIVITIES! Many water sports and boat trips to choose from. A wonderful spot in Içmeler. Also so many pubs clubs restaurants around you to choose from that come alive at night! The locals are wonderful people. Also the pool at the hotel was very big and isn't usually occupied due to guests preferring the beach.

The only criticism I would have would be for the gym as it was quite small and there was not really a lot of equipment available to use which meant I opted not to use the facility.

Honestly do know where to begin but I will try. The view of the sea was amazing , the staff made me feel welcome and at home and food was excellent every single day. This was a very clean building not one area was dirty or left unchecked just truly immaculate.

The air conditioning in the coffee shop didn’t work most of the time. In the heat of July, it was often unbearable to sit there.

All inclusive service - the food and overall service was fantastic. We had to change our room because we were across the street from a bar which played extremely loud music until 1 am. The hotel staff were so helpful and accommodating and made sure our rooms were changed.

1.I noticed that the hotel administration enjoys cats (it was posted), but I was concerned about the cats roaming at the restaurant's open space. If they visit the vet on a regular basis, that is fine; otherwise, there may be an issue. 2.In the restaurant, they put on the tables the same pads (from previous meals), sometimes with minor food stains on them. Then my cutlery was set on it. I don't think it's okay for reasons related to hygiene. I would prefer paper pads instead. 3. I think the hotel is a bit costly for a four-star hotel.

We had a lovely holiday at EW Marmaris, a modern hotel with stylish furniture, a stunning view of the sea, helpful and kind staff, and delicious cuisine every day. It's an idyllic spot perfect for adults looking to unwind - soothing music, a tranquil atmosphere, and helpful staff (especially Sahan at reception and the small girl and both Ali and Ali at the restaurant).
