The cleaning staff were knocking at the door every day in the early morning asking if we need the room to be cleaned while we would hang the sign on the door if we need the service or not.

There was a nice breakfast with high quality and acceptable variety. Staff of the hotel were friendly and supportive and rooms were clean. Hotel has very nice location, close to the city centre and also very close to the airport buses. Being in a plebe that you could choose to pass through the crowd or simply take a taxi in the street passing through back of the hotel. Lady in reception named Hengame were also very friendly and supportive by passing to every guest during breakfast and checking whether everything was fine or not.

Very good hotel near Taksim square. Friendly management and staff. Everything was classy in the hotel. The internet was very slow but the management told they were working to improve this.

Perhaps the room size could have been a little bigger.

Location was awesome. Close to lots of markets and not so busy street yet very convenient. The staff were amazing. Aziz and the team were very accommodating. The pool was very cool with great attendants who were very nice and explained the rules gently. The breakfast was truly fabulous! Wide selection of items and various options. One point stood out, the hotel has absolutely great security team. Very vigilant and yet extremely friendly and helpful. Very good stay and will definitely do it again.

The swimming pool was very cold. My kids used it only once, and the next day they all caught a cold. Although we reported this to the staff, they said it was their standard temperature. We also booked our departure taxi through the hotel, but unfortunately, the taxi was very small and the air conditioner was broken, which was quite uncomfortable given that we were travelling in the summer.

The location was excellent, very close to Taksim Square, with easy access to the subway and buses. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety.

Entrance to hotel is not wheelchair or buggy/pram friendly, while it has a step-free access, it is very steep and on a rainy day, very dangerous. Also, we got a wake up call really early in the morning when we didn’t request or expect. Our floor smelt of smoke pretty much all day but since we were outside for most of the day, it wasn’t really an issue.

Rooms were clean, hotel had good facilities, breakfast had good options, staff were friendly, rooms cleaned daily.

We were in non smoking area but the corridor was full of cigarettes smoke and our room stank of cigarettes, and we had a 1 year old baby so it was very bad

Monotonous (= the same) breakfasts every day. No fresh juices (for 5* somehow not normal in my opinion). The coffee is disgusting. The rooms are old, the furniture is shabby. The windows are dirty, with dirty spots seen during the daytime, at night it is not noticeable :) Hotel considers that one large bed is nothing more than two single beds joined together (CRAP!) with an abyss between. In general, the hotel has something to improve.

The room generally corresponded to the description on Booking. The bathroom is quite spacious and comfortable, there was both a shower and a bath. Hot water without any interruptions. The Wi-Fi speed is good enough for audio calls, but it is not for video conferences (always lagging). The location is wonderful, in the thick of things.

Unfortunately this property gave us lots of stress, while we were getting ready to fly to Istanbul they kept sending us these emails that your bank card was not accepted, while I used the exact card for other properties and there was nothing wrong with the card, when I contacted them they sent me this Turkish language link and I simply told them I would not send money to an unknown link and we ended up paying cash at the reception, I think that's what they wanted. They also cancelled our friends room for the same reason and they ended up without an accommodation the day they were flying to Istanbul, they almost cancelled my parents room and while they arrived after the check-in time their room was not ready so they ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour after a long flights. None of these are acceptable and it completely ruined the first impression and the good service afterwards. The access cards to the lift and our room kept deactivating during our stay which was very annoying.

Everything was nice and we had a good time there, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size, the location was good right in the centre.
