There is nothing I could complain about.

Location , especially for someone who wants to explore this town, do shopping , and just in a short waking distant to the public beach. Small and private. Nice swimming pool I used in the morning before breakfast. Run by a very nice family. It worked for me perfectly.

All we can say one of the best hotel at kemer.we really enjoyed day and night.very comfortable and clean.staff is amazing and helpful.room very clean.massive breakfast options and they are always top up the breakfast.staff is very friendly.specially girl working behind bar call Hazal.we want the thank you for caring good customers service and reception Lokman.finally good management.see you soon again.we definitely go back again next year.strongly recommend this hotel.you won’t be disappointed.

- the best hotel staff ever! they work as a team; - despite of hotel is quite old but everything is very clean; - crystal white blankets and towels; - nice, soft bed; - help with lift up the luggage; - check-in upon arrival by a very polite person; - cleaning ladies are very quite and polite; - no noise, I slept well.

Everything was even higher than our expectations!

Me and my girlfriend spent our vacation in Kemer and we had chosen Elegance Hotel after long searching process. It was great choise and we are fully satisfied! Great thanks to the owners and staff - they were attentive, helpful and hospitable! We had some needs like renting a bike or getting towels for the beach, and personnel easily satisfied us. We are absolutely satisfied with room - it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also great - big variety of dishes and nice taste! As well, several times we had lunch at the hotel - great experience! As a result - we spent perfect time and recommend the hotel for staying!

Our stay was very comftable at the hotel.The decoration is amazing in every single detail from colors of the wall paints to the clean area you feel home .It's very calm and best choice if you want to relax and in the same time to go our and do activities .

Room is very small

Good location is in the city center. A lot of tourist shops around. However It is 20 min by foot to the seaside (as a bonus, hotel can transfer you by car to the beach upon request). Hotel has reservation for hotel's guests on the beach Qualista. You will have for free king size bad on a beach under the trees. It was amazing. Breakfast was good but all food was the same each day. Beddings and towel were white and perfectly clean. Manager speaks English and Russian.

I ordered chicken fajita and received chicken with vegetables in a plate and uncooked dough. Chicken tasted ok but it was not fajita. And serving uncooked dough (yufka in turkish) was absurd.

The staff was very considerate. They made us feel like home. We didn't use the pool but the beach club they had aggrement with was quite nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay at Elegance. Our host Oguz was really wonderful, he spoke perfect English and was very kind and hospitable throughout our stay. Having a small little balcony was a huge bonus for me. All the staff were wonderful. The hotel is within walking distance to a range of beautiful beaches and it is convenient to walk everywhere.

Can't recommend enough, loved that it was smaller not busy at all, most of the time we had pool to ourselves, water toys around the pool is great bonus. Amazing receptionist, very helpful as so as the other members of staff, would do first and last for you, rooms/bathroom/fridge are very clean. Good size room, spacy bathroom with huge shower , extra bonus Turkish bath, great food, water, juices, coffee and tea on offer all day long. Would definitely go back

The reception is so welcoming (Oguz and Aymelek), they did their best to make us happy during our holiday. Awesome staff overall!! Facility is very good, hotel pool is large, sauna and Turkish bath is in use for anytime required.

When we checked in, there was a delay and we had to move from one room to another because the bathroom door didn't close. We checked in late in the evening, but the issue was solved on the same day. One thing to keep in mind is that, if your hair is dyed, there is a chance the chemicals used in the pool water may cause the dye to come off. If it does, and the pillow covers or bed covers get stained, you'll be asked to pay an extra fee.

This was our second stay here. We liked the fact that it's in a quiet area, and that parking is usually easy to find. The food was good, both at breakfast and at dinner. The pool was clean and the pool area is quiet and one can relax there. One special mention to the staff from the pool bar/restaurant, they went the extra mile to make us feel good.

The only thing I gave 9 stars instead of 10 was a very cold swimming pool. My husband wanted to swim there with our baby, but it was much colder than the sea.

I travelled with my 6-month-old son. The attitude and help of the hotel stuff was amazingly warm. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. The suppers were always different and very tasty, with a lot of fruits. Sauna and steam bath was included and helped to rest. The cooperation with Qualista beach is also very nice (take swim glasses to enjoy fish!). The guys at the beach were also veru friendly and allowed us to take a bed in shadow because of the baby :) The Hotel is situated perfectly, 2 walk minutes from the main street but in a quite place. I liked a lot an attention to details: we got a room on the first floor, so that we did not need to use stairs (perfect for buggy). In the room there was a jasmin-aroma, balcony and a special hacks there for a wet clothes. Charging phone near bed. Small lights everywhere in the room. Free-of-charge baby bed near our bed. Tee, caffee and water free of charge. I plan to come again.
