This was my third time staying at this hotel. It is very near to everything, including the tram and bus stops. It's surrounded by a bazaar with loads of shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Fiddly to drive to for a newcomer to the city, into the Old Town.

Excellent central location to explore Bursa, right next to the Bazaar, with convenient free parking and a good buffet breakfast with exceptional views across the city and mountains. Children loved the glass sided elevator too!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We loved everything – from the friendly and helpful reception staff to the spotless cleanliness of the room. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city, yet completely quiet. Breakfast was generous, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. Great place! We were very happy with our stay. The location is great, the stuff are absolutely amazing!! The bed and the room as a whole is extremely comfortable, spacious and light. We had everything we needed. The breakfast is fine, enough variety and choices.

Nothing to dislike.

Location is excellent with all the places to visit at walking distance like ulu chami, kuzu han, tomb of Osman ghazi. Very comfortable rooms with nice view. Special mention of the staff which are extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Tuncer SANDIKÇI who really made our stay so lovely. Breakfast was very nice and filled us up.

The breakfast spread was great, the staffs were all friendly and very helpful, the rooms were in great condition. The view from one of the rooms was exceptional as it overlooked the city. The hotel is walking distance from all the landmarks in Bursa (as me and my family had planned) and everything worked out beautifully. I would recommend this hotel to friends and would surely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the very center of the old town and 30 minutes from the new center, the sea or Cumalikizik Village. Nice breakfast, clean bed linen and towels, toiletries, free parking.

There is noise from the street but it’s expected considering its location.

The location is right in the center of old town. The gentleman at reception was so wonderful and welcoming- i thought he was the owner but he said he wasn’t. Rooms are clean and simple. Shower was very nice.

Nothing really much, we chose the room because the bed size is 180x200 it says king size but it was not the size was double not even a queen size.

You can't fault this property. The room was wonderful, recently renovated in fresh cream and cool grey decor with pale timber trim, a large window overloooking the district with afternoon sun streaming in and a great view of the sunsets. The property is offset from the main road so is whisper quiet but everything is a few steps away. Breakfast was excellent, staff are helpful and very professional.
