Good location, close to metro, train & ferry. Friendly personnel. Offered free upgrade as our room was on ground floor and smaller but we liked the privacy so we kept the room.

The water pressure in the shower was poor and, sometimes , hot water was not readily available and took a while before it functioned. This needs to be addressed asap. We did not find the Linen sheets comfortable and would have preferred standard cotton, but this is probably a personal choice. The walls are very thin, so the neighbour's noise is prevalent. At the door leading to the balcony, ( room 503) there is very strong evidence of moisture ( paint is chalking and blistering and the very cracked divider on the balcony needs to be addressed immediately.

The excellent customer service provided by Mohammed and his team. Mohammed is a real credit to the Dugi Hotel and should receive recognition for his very friendly and helpful manner. He made the stay very enjoyable The rooms were tastefully decorated and we were fortunate to receive an room upgrade from Mohammed

This was the 2nd time I had stayed in Dugi Hotel and just like the 1st time.. the hotel, especially the staff, was amazing. They are very courteous, very helpful and very accommodating. The morning Turkish breakfast is lavish and the hotel even agreed to store our luggage while we were visiting Cappadocia for 4 days. It's walking distance to metro, ferry, money exchange, food joints, shopping etc...

Loved my stay at Dugi hotel. Was there for 4 days for our 1st time visit to Istanbul. The hotel is situated close to metro, ferry terminal, food joints, local shopping market, etc. The best part was the staff at Dugi hotel, all off them are super courteous and super helpful. A huge shoutout to Melih, Mustafa, Mohammed, Sameera, Ali, Shaden and Jahangir.

* Nothing major but few things that could have made my stay more delightful * Fixtures in the bathroom needed some maintenance, (seat of the toilet bowl to be screwed, shower rod to be fixed properly). * Would have been nice to have free and on-demand turkish coffee available in the lobby area. * Also 2 small bottles of drink water per day were barely enough to quench your thirst especially during the summer heatwave in July 2025. I had to buy a 5 liters water bottle to make tea and drink inside the room.

* New hotel with modern facilities centrally located on a quiet street in Kadikoy * Just a few minutes walk away from nightlife and lively entertainment streets and attractions and transportation (ferry and metro and bus). I was staying in a superior room on the 4th floor facing the parking lot behind and very quiet at night. * Great and spotless high speed internet connection, very high speed and great enough to watch Youtube / NetFlix on TV inside the room. * Nice and very earthy Turkish breakfast served daily with some variety, couldn't have ask a better spread to start my day. * Very kind and attentive hotel staff (reception kudos to Mustafa & Mehmet, the cafe et restaurant ladies and the cleaning lady)

No complains, staying here for the second time already, really like the hotel.

Everything was great - staff speaks english very well and is super friendly and supportive, the building is well renovated, the room looked very well, TV has internet access and you can watch youtube, the room is big (which is not often in Istanbul), a great coffee shop downstairs where the breakfast is served and also you can buy food and drinks within the day (even with delivery to you room for free). Location is always good, you can walk to the seaside, metro is close, train station Sogutlucesme is close. Many good restaurants nearby.

Location is pretty good though it takes almost 15 min walking with up and down streets (can be complicated with luggages). The bathroom is a bit small though. Toilet amenities such as shower caps, etc. can be provided though...

The room was spacious and super new. Liked how it is decorated and designed. The receptionist who welcomed us for check in, Mohammed, even though it was late, was super nice and with smile all the time.

There was no view from our room. The clean and maintenance level was not perfect but satisfied.

The room was very nice and spacious. There were a lot of shelves and drawers for our stuff. They provided all you need for coffee or tea in the room. The service was very good and friendly. The location was just near good restaurants and a lot of shops, close to port where you can go easily to the European side.

Housekeeping could have been a bit better, overall the cleanliness was good but the bathroom was not always as clean as I expected.
