It was listed to have a kitchen, which is why we picked it cause it was Ramadan and we needed to make food in the night, but the kitchen was closed.

We stayed in room 1. Shower was broken and water was dripping in the bed underneath the windows.

Breakfast was included but it was self catering and the fridge was unfortunately empty.

The location was very good. Easy access to transport. Lots of stairs keep us fit :) The best coffee shop "jupiter" near the property.

We were on the top floor and the bathroom was not like on the photos, it was quite small (if you are above 165cm you couldn't fully stand), the shower was just a tap next to the toilet (so everything gets wet) and the tube was a bit broken so most of the water went on the floor. There were also some stains on some of the towels (they were probably washed, just some stains didn't go away), so we ended up using our own ones.

The staff are very nice, even before the trip they were very responsive and helpful when we sent them a message. The location is also great, very close to many great bars and restaurants and to the tram and ships that can get you anywhere really fast

Sometimes the dishes weren't clean for breakfast. The bathroom is really small, put it's enough for some days.

A variety of fruits and bread for breakfast. The stuff was very nice :)

To begin with one can only get access to the hotel from the street below by mounting quite a few flights of steps with a really steep gradient (it's actually a staircase street) - that was never mentioned in the hotel's description. Then the guy at the reception didn't speak anything but Turkish and tried to get me pay in cash - in euros too. Vivid pantomime - he can't take cards, their card reader is broken. I had no euros with me and showed him that I only had Turkish money (a little less than the requested amount). He started calling smb and after a few minutes - amazing surprise - it turned out I actually can pay by card - with lots of delays and hurdles but I made it. I was promised the room with a garden view, what I actually got was the ground level room with a separate entrance with windows onto the staircase street and on the communal yard surrounded by other houses from the other side. No way one could keep the curtains open. There was black mold in the bathroom. I had to go to the airport early so there was no chance of the hotel breakfast. But I had a lovely breakfast at Elif'li Pasta Cafe facing the Bosphorus - actually a bakery with a huge variety of baked goods and great coffee.

The bed was good, the room big enough, the building interesting. Bosphorus is really close by. The price was great but a bit more honesty in the hotel description would have been appreciated.

Around the property it is full of cats, you can have your breakfast only outside, in front of the building, and the smell is .... yack! The bathroom is very tiny and not so clean. The receptionist does not speak any language but turkish.

The location is close to tram stations, easy access to all the main historical objectives of the city, very convenient for turism. The staff is polite and willing to help.

The rooms are a bit small, a little too basic, but we managed very well, two adults and a child, especially since we only stayed in the room to sleep overnight. Our room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed.

The breakfast was tasty, with everything you need to start the day. It wasn't diverse - the same products every day, but enough to fill you up. The place was near Taksim square, te touristic ports and well connected to the city.

The bathroom was a separate room across the hall, as it was described in the listing. It was a closet that had a toilet, tiny sink and shower over the toilet. No way to hang a towel or bathrobe. It was awkward but usable. Smokers on the landing below my windows caused tobacco smoke to come in my room.

The location is very special. A stair-street up one of the many hills in Istanbul. This one is tree-lined with terraces in front of the houses where people enjoyed their coffee. My room had two large windows that were filled with green trees. The house is up several flights of stairs that continue up the hill to nice neighborhood streets and the wonderful Aga Hamami Turkish bath house where your life is transformed!

The door of my room was 3 steps away from the reception desk. I can hear everything happening outside in the reception. Therefore, I don't recommend room 5 or 6. Check in was a headache because the receptionist didn't speak English. He could not process a card payment and had to call someone to guide him how to use the machine.

Walking distance to some important tourist attraction sites. Clean room. Delicious breakfast. The lady who served breakfast was friendly. .

The hotel has dangerous stairs without railings. The wifi signal is weak. The room sockets are too old and one of them started sparking. There is no possibility for guests to have normal space for breakfast due to the cramped space.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always tried to keep clean facilities and stuff.

Our room was comfortable but basic, although good value for the price. There was no soap in the bathrooms. The downstairs breakfast area was very cramped

The location was superb with the tram stop nearby making it a very cheap and quick 15 min journey to the historic part of Istanbul. The area was quiet and the staff were very friendly

It is in the middle of a huge set of steps so it is very awkward to get to with bags. We booked a triple room but it really should not have been sold as such. The room itself was too small to accommodate 3 people comfortably and the couch for the third person was tiny and uncomfortable. The shower is in the bathroom with nothing to seperate it so when used the rest if the bathroom remains wet for the rest of the day.

The staff was so helpful, they happily assisted in a late check in and it was in a great location.

My bathroom was separate from the bedroom. The bathroom is mine, but separate. The kitchen is very small, but the woman in the kitchen is very kind.

Good location. Very friendly staff. The hotel is not new and not modern, but really very clean. For a few days and just to sleep it's a great place. But if you are looking for a luxury hotel, this place is not for you. In terms of price-quality ratio, this place exceeded my expectations.
