United KingdomRooftop bar was closed and the roadside bar was noisy and not pleasent to sit at. We ate out over the road at the Marina every night instead. Rooms were lovely but noise from the street and the barking of wild dogs from the park next door disrupted sleep.

United Arab EmiratesBreakfasts were substandard especially for a Hilton hotel brand. Language was definitely an issue as there were probably three staff who could speak and interpret English. Multiple issues with Room service getting orders incorrect. Internet was very slow and unusable.
Location was fantastic and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The staff was excellent. Very warm and helpful. Conveniently located across from an Avis car rental. Short walk into town and a great coffee spot next door. Also a dental clinic next door.

United Statesthe only downside was the construction site across the street, which created some noise and was a bit of an annoyance. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay. The balcony was spacious with an amazing marina view perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was a typical Hilton standard, so no surprises there. Its location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to all the nearby restaurants.

SwedenRooftop restaurant is a wannabe restaurant. Not actually tasty. Tapas is much better. Main issue with the hotel: One of our rooms was full of cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room and floor. Unfortunately staff "solved" it (not) by spraying perfume and claiming it coming from the ventilation. We had the other room right next door and that was completely Ok. So in short, staff just ignored our complaint and did nothing to actually solve the problem. That was not expected from Hilton. Since we had this additional room few day after our actual room, we know that the previous tenanta smoked in the room. So obviously the smoke alarms in the room is also dysfunctional. This is probably more serious problem than their incompetence to offer another room.

Saudi ArabiaThe room is very small for 3 beds. There was hardly any space to keep our large suitcases! So you rather book an additional room and manage with the double bed! The wifi for some reasons keeps dropping!
The receptionist lady was very kind and accommodating. She remembered our request for additional bed and ensured we had one! The breakfast is good and the location is also well placed. The spa was great and the facilities was clean.

KuwaitI took the corner suite. The shower was flooded. all the bathroom need to be maintain. The breakfast area always full and the floor always dirty. The food is good. And I ordered from the room service they bring the food without cover !!
I like the reception stuff was very friendly specially Zainab she was very helpful and very friendly. This is my third time staying in this hotel. The hotel is near to everything. The location is amazing. The view is beautiful.

Hong KongRoom card issue never fix during our three-day stay, we need to ask hotel staff to open door every time with the master card, even after we swim etc… which is quite embarrassing and inconvenient. Room was not clean , that’s indeed a big disappointment as this is Hilton Double Tree chain… WiFi connection was not good, need to sit close to the door to access.
Room card not work for two days and require staff to open door every time. Room cleanliness and facilities are below Hilton Double Tree brand normal standard. Can found already opened kits in toilet… we simply that threw away. We stayed in 4 hotels in Turkey in total and this is the only one with these issues. Location wise it is great, sunset view is good…

TurkeyNothing, really. I do have to mention that there’s loud music from the bars around the hotel which might be a problem for some. We could sleep without problem. But this is a small price to pay given the hotel’s location.
The room, location, pool, last but not least the staff who were very polite and helpful and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The view from the rooftop is a must see. Did I mention hotel’s location?

AustraliaHowever, unfortunately, the pool was freezing cold (not heated) and the entry/ exit ladders contained no rubber safety grips which made them quite slippery and dangerous to use. The spa was out of order and according to one of the staff had not been in use for some time. It was of some concern that regular maintenance had not been undertaken, including the surrounding gardens which were full of weeds, requiring attention and care. It was a pity that such a beautiful place should have been managed in such a manner. Rating: 8.5/10
The Hotel was quite impressive with staff providing excellent assistance both on arrival and throughout our stay. We booked a separate King Cottage with a small private pool. The unit was spacious and luxurious with a comfortable bed and a large well appointed bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good while the Dinner was excellent and served on the Roof Top garden that overlooked the magnificent harbour, quite magical at night. The personal service offered by the head waiter was both attentive and outstanding. Dinner was also inclusive in the package.
