For a 5-star hotel, the hotel is not clean enough and every time something is missing like coffee, etc. The body lotion was empty, I would like to find disposable toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc. that every hotel offers. They are very poor with these things.

This is my third stay at this hotel. For the first time, I was impressed by the staff member named Mahsum, who was very polite and explained everything I needed to know and helped us with the rooms. For the first time, I received professional service from this hotel, and for my future stays, I would like the same person to assist me again.

In other occasions when I have stayed, they left coffee in the room, but this time it wasn't like that. Even after a day I thought the cleaning staff would leave it, but they didn't, and for coffee drinkers like me, it is necessary.

Whenever I come to Istanbul I stay at this hotel. Its services are good, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you rest well.

At our checked into the room, it was very hot. So we did ask to checge the temp. Also, room was ot set ready for 2 people like towels ect.

Staff at our arrival was good. Break fast was good. We did ask for late checkout that Ayse in front desk help and gave us the late checkout. In total we were OK. But our room when we checked in did not have everything ready for 2 pelple. I was traveling with my SON (14 years OLD).

It was an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul-Avcilar. The staff was so kind and helpful. It is a positive thing that the hotel is near the train station. You can also find a breakfast cafe near the hotel just one street down. I will come back if it's possible again. So I recommend this hotel with fair prices.

They have upgraded our room. That is very kind of them. However, there was only 1 set of slippers and towels in the room where we booked for 2 adults. We mentioned this whilst we were checking out. Free car park is very helpful.

We had an early flight - I've requested in advance an early check-in. But due to overbook and high demand at that time - it was impossible. Nevertheless the staff was friendly and brought some fruits and a cake after the check-in.

I was at a business trip for the TUYAP fair (Expo) - the location and all the services were great. Breakfast was also tasty and variable. Friendly staff and cleanness of the rooms. Overall - better than expected

Breakfast is mediocre and restaurant food is terrible and overpriced.

Good hotel, but nothing special. Very close to the Tüyap congress centre which is great. Besides that, there is absolutely nothing else to do or see near the Hotel. Hotel is very clean, but compared to other Double tree hotels it’s in general below average. If visiting Istanbul only to attend an event at Tuyap, its location wise the best hotel of this class you can find.

First we didnt like that when we try to use some of the higen kit we realize that are uset before... we reported to the reception and leave on meeting after that it wos same situation.... i feel bad... its not look like hilton..also breakfast very poor....maybe it is ok for domestic people but not for forigener....

Was confused by how it was not clear how much and who will be charged for breakfast. There are large metal beams inside the rooms that are not very safe especially with their bolts exposed if you have children.

I like how spacious the rooms were, the view into the city is also great, and parking for your car is useful.

Location is far from istanbul, always traffic jam while you are coming and going to Istanbul in both ways. There was not a lot of food options in the menu, I repeated the same order most of days. But I have to tell that Burger and pizza both were tasty.

There is no coffee in the room which is so strange. I asked the receptionist why there is no coffee in the room. The answer was she doesn’t know which is very weird answer.

nothing, although the location is far from the city center , you still can find local food shops, and also a mall for franchises food, and other shopping stores.

rooms are clean and spacious, breackfest buffet was good but a littel expensive according to the price, staff helpful and nice, they have a very delicuoce welcomeing cookics
