Everything was perfect

many attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the spa offered very good service, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. Above all, the staff made the difference – genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. It was a truly wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The rooms were very small for the price of them. Hallways need more lighting. Lights would turn on from motion censors so otherwise they would be turned off so hallways were very dark.

The property was very clean. Excellent housekeeping every day. Bathrooms would be cleaned every day. Breakfast was impeccable. Huge variety catering to all kinds.

Everything was perfect

The amazing service, especially from mahsun and ugur Celik, they let us choose our rooms on arrival, we reached the hotel at 8am but check in wasn’t until 2pm however they gave us a our rooms at 9am and let us have breakfast whilst we waited. The rooms were cleaned every day and the service throughout the hotel was faultless. Location was perfect. And it was a very positive atmosphere around the hotel even the cleaners were very friendly. This is now my go to hotel Everytime I come to Istanbul.

Rooms were initially allocated was too small to fit in for family of, but on the second visit, they allotted the spacious rooms, overall it was good.

Location was excellent, just a walking distance for most of the attractions, overall experience was excellent.

Builders directly outside my window starting work at 9am, or 7am my time. However, staff took immediate action and I was provided another room

The room we were staying in was quite small for 4 beds, barely any room to open luggage. Wi-fi was very bad, it kept losing connection the whole day. some areas were not hygienic enough, the bathroom still had some hair from the previous guests, under the bed was never cleaned

Personnel was very nice and professional, they are friendly and engage in conversations with you. Breakfast was alright, not too fancy, but sufficient options for everyone Location is perfect, very close to tourist attractions and there is a parking space across which works closely with the hotel

Everything was great.

The staff were polite and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. As we travelled with 2 young kids (under 2) they tried to meet their needs. i.e. freshly made porridge when requested. The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. The location is close to Sultan Ahmed (Blue Mosque), Hagia Sophia. The tram station is about 4 min walk (basically down the street). I definitely recommend it.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location in the old city, super close to Gulhane Park, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Basilica Cistern and walking distance to the Spice Market, Yeni Cemi and Eminonu quay - although the tram can be caught from outside Gulhane Park to the latter locations. Hotel is beautiful, comfortable and rooms lovely size and clean. Breakfast is wonderful and room service great. Staff very helpful, friendly and willing to help with any information you need. It also had a hamam which guests are free to use, we didn't book a treatment but they were well priced. We were a family of 5 and had a family room, which is 2 interconnecting rooms with a queen bed in one room, and 3 singles in the other.

Wonderful Stay for My Daughters – Thank You Dosso Dossi Hotel My daughters recently stayed in a second room at Dosso Dossi Hotel in Fatih, Istanbul, and their experience was just as excellent as mine. The hotel provided a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, which gave me great peace of mind. The room was cozy, well-appointed, and maintained to the highest standard. A special thanks goes to Saniya, the housekeeper, who ensured everything was perfect for them each day with great care and a warm smile. I would also like to thank Unor at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and always made time to assist them with directions, recommendations, and any requests. His professionalism and friendliness were truly appreciated.
