We have been aked to remove the breakfast several time when I was with my guests. I respect the rules but It is not nice to ask/repat several times during the converstion.

The breakfast supervisor was rather rude to tell me that I had not prebooked for breakfast. She should have welcomed me to the room and let me sign for it discreetly. Shame, as the breakfast and omelette were excellent.

The restaurant was over priced, the AC didn’t work, the sewer was full and for one full they it smelled really bad in our room.

Manuel, liked the location and the hotel diversity of facilities, namely the restaurants, bar and patissery. The staff was always very profession and nice, like Mr. Hakan and Yasin Muttu from the reception and the bell teal such as Yasin Ural. The room attendant did also a good work Esengil.

The normal rooms weren't good. So we had to move to their large room with an abnormal price :( That large room was very good , but it was so expensive.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! Everything was exceptional, from the impeccable service to the beautifully maintained rooms. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. Particularly, I want to recognize Petek and her supervisor, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. After checking in, we noticed a minor defect in our room, so Petek consulted her supervisor, who upgraded and gave us a better room. The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance was both elegant and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an outstanding experience.

It was not about the property but I believe it was government regulations that I could not use pound to pay cash. That was not convenient.

booked two rooms, one of which was in my name with breakfast, and the second room was in my children’s name, without breakfast. When checking out, they asked me for an additional amount for breakfast because the breakfast reservation was in the name of the children’s room due to an error made by the receptionist upon entry..and he did not show willingness to bear the mistake

the only Negative point is the team at the restaurant Breakfast in the morning they are not so hospital at all !! i feel not welcome and the Omelette takes time to come, i feel that they are not active they make too much time to clean the Table as my wife comes later around 9:40 the table are not clean and they take time to clean it.

i really like the Suite we got, the cleanliess was very good, the reception team was very helpful, the swiming pool was perfect not heated but very good, Mr. Orcun "Manager" was very kind and professional ! and the girl at the check out Today was very Nice and professional thank to her as she speak Frensh

We had an 8 night stay at this hotel and it was perfect. The staff were attentive. The room was spacious and perfect. Immaculately cleaned each day. The rooms have wonderful sound proofing and we did not hear any other guests. We ate at the restaurant only one night. There was a great choice including vegan and gluten free which was great for me. The location is quiet. We caught taxis some days. And even got to grips with buses into town. All in all a great stay
