BulgariaThere is not much to do.in the area. There are few bars and restaurants along the shore,but none of them offer much entertainment.
The hotel is nice,very clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast is great- plenty of different choices, everything freshly made and delicious. Endless tea and coffee, but no juice was offered. The location is convenient. Decent choice of restaurant near by, but nothing special or spectacular. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and easy access to Alaçatı and Çeşme. Grocery store and pharmacy very close.

ArmeniaAlthough the hotel provides sunbeds on the shore and they are comfy, it's not the best part of the beach as the water gets filled with trash if the wind comes from the sea, and there's no sand there. Also, the hotel is currently undergoing reconstruction, so there are works going on, but it didn't cause us any inconvenience.
The staff was super friendly, the room seemed to be brand new with a perfect AC system and a nice Scandinavian design. It's clean too; the room was well-cleaned daily, and the towels were changed. The bed was very comfy, and we had a good sleep. The bathroom is nice, with a rain shower. The breakfasts were nice and tasty.

Very nice place, super-welcoming staff! Room was tidy and freshly-repaired. Though it would be better to have a carpet and a table inside. Also there were no bathroom stuff like q-tips or cotton buds. But it wasn't a problem for me! The hotel is located perfectly - near the supermarkets, bus station and beach. Frankly speaking, I didn't like Ilica beach and I highly recommend to take a taxi or a bus (which stops just near the hotel) and visit Boyalik beach. Breakfast was pretty simple, but delicious. And to my mind the best bread ever is served here!!! I wish I could have bought a loaf or two!

It was a family room, but the internet only worked for two people. Breakfast was very simple. The normal alley was almost in the middle of the hotel. The ratio of facilities to the price was not suitable at all. And the money we paid was for nothing and the value of the hotel was half of that. And when we entered the room, the trash can was not empty and was already full

CanadaThe staff were not friendly or helpful and totally lacked customer service. We asked for assistance on airport taxi as well as a car rental, got denied both, and told to check Google. They work in tourism, so assistance should have a given. The cleaning staff entered our room without knocking, absolutely not okay! We came during the off-season and had no idea it was. Everything around was closed, and there was nothing to do. It was our last 5 days in the country, so we tried to cancel as we wanted to move on to another destination to enjoy the last of our vacation, but we got denied. We contacted Booking, and they were willing to assist us. They tried to contact the staff on our behalf, but they completely ignored every phone call and email they made to them (even though the hotel was dead and the staff were just sitting around on their personal cell phones). Our key card kept failing, and we had to go to reception every time to get back into our room. The TV did not face the bed, nor was it even center to the room. It faced the front door, so it was completely useless. The balcony is not a balcony. It only fits your toes. Our stay was awful, and we will never recommend it or return here. Go elsewhere. In fact, skip Cesme all together, the locals were not nice, and we did not feel welcome in the hotel or town at all.

New clean hotel, modern and cosy. Location was great. All staff were very friendly, cleaning service was good, breakfast was very nice (cheeses, bread, salami, boiled eggs, olives, fruit, fresh tea and coffee). Would definitely stay again.
