We loved all of it!!

We had an amazing AMAZING stay. Can was incredibly hospitable and the entire staff went above and beyond. The room was impeccable and the view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cronton Design Hotel in Istanbul. The room beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Valeria at reception, whose warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness truly made our stay memorable. The rooftop restaurant was another highlight — delicious food, great drinks, and an unbeatable view over Istanbul’s skyline. Breakfast and dining throughout our stay were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to key attractions, yet quiet enough to fully relax after exploring. Overall, everything from the service, food, and atmosphere to the comfort of the rooms was outstanding. Highly recommended — we will definitely return!

Water pressure in the sink should be stronger. A shelf in the bathroom would be very useful. I wish there was a way to disable the airflow in the bathroom (since you can hear it also at night when in bed).

Great location, charming rooftop, amazing staff (I forgot their names, but both the woman and the man at the reception and the two men who helped us with our baggage were extremely helpful and polite)

There was a couple of communication mix-ups, which was frustrating. Each situation was resolved by Valeria and or Memduh efficiently and quietly.

Great location and nice property. Room was a decent size and the bathroom was a little small. Roof terrace bar/restaurant was very good. Highlight was the staff-from Valeria and Memdah on the front of house, Hemzi in the ground floor restaurant, to Mamush as support. All delivered a friendly, helpful service.

It was a beautiful building located in the heart of Istanbul.. staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best that it could be from restaurant recommendations, booking tours and getting us on the metro. It was truly a wonderful stay!

Except for Valeria the rest of the staff were very ordinary many of the times they had no answer and at one stage ignored the questions. I am surprised for such a Hotel the carpet in common areas was dirty and discoloured , my question is Why??

The Hotel and location was very good your senior staff member Valeria service was exemplary, credit to the young lady who managed through efficiency to take on a role of 3 to 4 staff members

The hotel was beautiful, a beautiful building in a wonderful location and it was very comfortable and clean, all of the staff were very polite, friendly and hard working, but Valeria the guest relations manager was phenomenal! She was super attentive, caring and helpful and made our stay a great experience!

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect very central and within walking distance of everything you need. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. Housekeeping does an excellent job; everything was spotless and well maintained. The hospitality throughout the hotel is truly great, but I want to give a special mention to Memduh at the front office. He was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Thanks to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable I’ll definitely come back!
