Where I was sunbathing I was made to move which really annoyed me. The superior rooms could have been better cleaned and maintained.

The staff were nice and friendly Apart from one member of staff who made me give up my subbed for another customer. The hotel in general is good if you want the beach and somewhere to sleep. I recommend you book a deluxe room but my children were in a superior room which was not nice. Also very pet friendly hotel so if you want peach and quiet then I would rethink about this hotel but perfect if you would like to take your pet with you.

Location is very good. And they have a friendly staff. Facility is not top notch but good value for money. The best thing about the hotel is their beach, suitable for kids and clean sea.

Our room was located on the basement floor. While it was nicely furnished and comfortable, it felt a bit claustrophobic due to the limited light and underground view.

The hotel has a great location—just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. The pool and beach facilities were very convenient and relaxing. Staff were friendly and allowed us early check-in, which was much appreciated. The spa experience (hammam, scrub, and massage) was excellent. The overall atmosphere was calm and boutique-style, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient, and the parking garage was a big plus in hot weather.

There was no mosquito net in the room which was a real problem as we have a baby and cannot use other chemical products. Pool cleaning could have been better. Especially the kids pool which is very small by the way.

Number of bed setting was different than how it was mentioned on booking.com but the property resolved the problem. Everything else was flawless.

Although I payed a considerable amount money for a superior room, the room we stayed is so worn out, especially the bathroom. I think this room is not value for money, especially when I compare with European standards. Rooms need renovation for sure

It was a little bit difficult to communication with stuff because a lot of people don’t speak English but they were very polite and friendly.

The view from my room was majestic! (Suite) The room facilities were great, it was clean and comfortable. The location is good, with lots of beach bars and restaurants. The breakfast was nice, and every day there was something different. I recommend it !

Everything is great but the beach cafe could have more vine and food alternatives.

I can not believe how they advertised the hotel on the website. I wasn’t happy with my stay as everything was in low quality. beach beds are uncomfortable and there is no personal space in between. food wasn’t good either. I would not recommend at all.

air conditioner wasn’t strong or broken.When we open our balcony door there was strong cat litter smell so it was quite hot in the room .we booked sea view room but we barely saw the sea from our room also wifi wasn’t working properly in the hotel .
