Internet connection is problem.

Staff is very active and friendly. They are all ready to help you in any case and cleaning service is very good. As for the beach, pool and other activities or facilities in the hotel are satisfcatory.

Food is not good. Most of the options are either tasteless or salty or dry. The only good area is tea garden, which serves good tea and coffee. Staff are nice but seem to be totally overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Resort area is very green and nice for walking. Beach is also good. Staff are supportive.

1. The staff at the water sports: When we went to buy our pictures from the parasailing guy - he was quite rude. 2. The wifi didn't work well at all in the rooms 3. Not many activities for adults, compared to other resorts

The food was really good, but the villa was dark and cold inside. I didn't like it, and the Aqua park was closed. They should have told us so we wouldn't have booked it.

It is a great resort which has 3 different hotels in same facility. Vonresort Golden Beach - Golden Coast and Elite. Staff are super friendly and even it was not high season maintenance and the quality was great. I would recommend it. The only negative part was the quality of WiFi internet.

Main restaurant does not have enough local dishes/cuisine. Wifi more than bad…I would say.

Large resort, good entertainment programs, mostly clean and well maintained. For those that like long walks and lot of vegetation is the perfect location.

Virtually non existent WIFI

Overall the hotel is very nice, kids loved the pools and slides. The food in the restaurant is good but a bit repetitive, desserts very nice. The staff were polite and assisted when requested (we spoke English). The family rooms were spacious with very good AC. The grounds were immaculately kept, give the gardeners a pay rise! A big let down of the hotel was the Wifi, it's sad to see that they spend so much in all areas of the hotel but haven't bothered to invest in wifi, it only works in the lobby. On complaining to guest relations, I was met with 'it's not in out contract to provide you with wifi in your room". Unlike other hotels this wifi issue lets it down a lot.

Kao i do sada smještaj je bio uredu. Pješčana plaža nalazi se blizu hotela i najviše nas je oduševio ponton gdje smo iznajmili privatni paviljon. Hrana kao i sve ove godine uredu.

The beds were a little too hard. Restaurants on property (not inclusive ones) were only open certain days and also dependant on how many people made bookings.

The room was nice, pools were great and entertainment excellent. Food was varied and good. Staff was very friendly and open.

Everything was great, the staff are friendly specially the Everything was wonderful from the workers, especially in the main restaurants, the cleaners, and room service. The experience will definitely be repeated. I would like to extend my thanks to the workers, Halil and Rashad, and the other Turkish and Azerbaijani workers.

The rooms, although very clean, were rather tired and dated. The first room we stayed in had a terrible sewage smell from the bathroom, which I thought might have been something you might expect. However, after having to move rooms because of a persisting problem with ants in the children's bed (yes, that happened), we found our new room without such a problem. We were VERY disappointed to find the aqua Park was closed until May (the aqua park was the reason I chose the resort). Perhaps it was a good thing because the pools were soooooo very cold!

The resort was so very clean. It was gorgeous with beautiful flowers and trees everywhere. There were plenty of children's play areas, bars, and toilets. Everywhere was so clean. The beach wasn't too far to walk, but there was a regular shuttle that would ferry us there and back. The food at the restaurant was good, there was plenty to choose from, however I wasn't sure there were any dairy free options among the desserts which was a problem for us.

No signs to separate vonresort golden beach hotel facilities VS vonresort elite, or victory hotel that is nearby. You go to the beach, and you are told to move to another section apparently it's victory not golden beach. You go to blue bar or other bars there, and apparently it's vonresort elite. Another thing thar was uncomfortable beach towels were in the spa which is far away from the beach and pools. They should be in the pools beach area.

Great resort, lots of green spaces, beautiful territory, well-maintained, food was delicious with lots of options.

the reception stuff was really rude , it felt like they're just saying no incase , I had to negotiate for 3 days to get a late check out and the never gave a final answer until last moment ! they were always like come tomorrow , we are not sure or our hotel is fully booked , at the end they gave me a different room because supposedly my room was booked but it was not actually

The property was very clean plenty to do , staff very nice and helpful, the food was good but if you got a vip pass the food was amazing at the elite and coast proper coffee shop and kebab house free and all named drinks was free , it’s a very good resort one of best I’ve been to for a while,

The keys from the rom didnt work so.well..we have beeb in the receprion 5 times and they gave us 5 times new keys instead of coming with us and solving the problems with personal attitude.

Bedrooms were outdated , WiFi was poor, cocktails were too sweet. Was not made aware the beach area was under construction therefore didn't get to have the full experience like in the resort videos with the disco on the beach an pretty hearts an lights walking on the beach at night etc

First time in Turkey an first time experiencing all inclusive. Enjoyed the variety of food, the slides were cool where we could grab a quick burger. The beach was relaxing. Free minibar was a nice touch. Clothing store and bag shop was a nice touch. Kiddies facilities was really good.

price, good price for ultra all inclusive concept, good range of food, outdoor pools and aqua park was working. Loved cocktails 😄
